Hotel Top wir wurden einfach sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel wirklich sehr toll!

Die Zimmer sind super Toll! Das Frühstück ist super toll und lecker! Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch!

Beim Einchecken war unser Zimmer Check In Zeit 15 Uhr nicht ready um 15:50Uhr! ( Kann mal passieren das ist kein Ding) wir haben 2 Kinder kamen vom Flughafen alle sehr müde. Uns wurde gesagt in 10 Minuten sei alles Ready. 16:20 hab ich nochmals nachgefragt da die Kinder unruhig waren und müde. Mir wurde sehr unhöflich gesagt das meine Eltern ja schon ein Zimmer haben und wir ja da hin gehen können. Und ich solle doch jetzt eifach warten bis es fertig sei. 2 vom Personal haben dann auch noch über uns gesprochen vor unseren Augen und die Augen verdreht etc. Ich war wirklich sehr höfflich habe auch erklärt das alle müde seien und mir gesagt wurde 10 Minuten es aber schon 40 seien.Man hätte uns etwas zu trinken anbieten können oder sich entschuldigen oder sonst was aber diese Art und weisse war wirklich sehr schade und hat das ganze drum und dran ein wenig kaput gemacht!

Excellent option for Blue Jays fans or anyone looking for a clean and comfortable room.
Pros:

Very close to Rogers Centre which was a big bonus. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No microwave in room.

Best stay ever
Pros:

The decor is so unique and created a good atmosphere for me, it was cozy, modern design, high technology that made my stay so comfortable, it was very clean absolutely beautiful. I’m definitely going back
