Très bon séjour , je reviendrai certainement et je recommande vivement cet établissement.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre spacieuse et calme, petit déjeuner très agréable.

Cons:

Il serait souhaitable que le ménage soit effectué tous les jours et ne soit pas réclamé par le client. Le manager a fait un geste commercial et je le remercie.

Amazing hotel in the perfect location in downtown Toronto.
Pros:

Amazing spacious and well designed rooms. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

No access to the restaurant with the dog, even if pets are allowed in the hotel (Bar was closed). While booking no fees for pets were mentioned but then a rather high prize was mentioned while checking in. There is definitely space to improve concerning the handling with pet companions (that are well trained and behaving).

A wonderful modern hotel close to all you’d want to do while in Toronto
Pros:

Wonderful location that was walking distance from so many different things to so and our event. Parking was close and it was very clean and modern.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything no to like!

Ottimo soggiorno nel centro di Toronto
Pros:

Hotel centralissimo (Downtown), vicino alla CN tower. Camere spaziose e molto confortevoli. Letti comodi, macchinetta del caffè in stanza e dispenser di acqua a disposizione al piano. Staff molto gentile. Lo consiglio!

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Toronto
Pros:

Ein großartiges Hotel in bester Lage. Vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt und als Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros:

The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Bed was king and comfy. Location AMAZING for Jays Game, dinner at Le Select Bistro and walking to Union Station. Excellent.

Cons:

The price is tough but in line with all hotels in the area.

Hotel Top wir wurden einfach sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel wirklich sehr toll!

Die Zimmer sind super Toll! Das Frühstück ist super toll und lecker! Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch!

Beim Einchecken war unser Zimmer Check In Zeit 15 Uhr nicht ready um 15:50Uhr! ( Kann mal passieren das ist kein Ding) wir haben 2 Kinder kamen vom Flughafen alle sehr müde. Uns wurde gesagt in 10 Minuten sei alles Ready. 16:20 hab ich nochmals nachgefragt da die Kinder unruhig waren und müde. Mir wurde sehr unhöflich gesagt das meine Eltern ja schon ein Zimmer haben und wir ja da hin gehen können. Und ich solle doch jetzt eifach warten bis es fertig sei. 2 vom Personal haben dann auch noch über uns gesprochen vor unseren Augen und die Augen verdreht etc. Ich war wirklich sehr höfflich habe auch erklärt das alle müde seien und mir gesagt wurde 10 Minuten es aber schon 40 seien.Man hätte uns etwas zu trinken anbieten können oder sich entschuldigen oder sonst was aber diese Art und weisse war wirklich sehr schade und hat das ganze drum und dran ein wenig kaput gemacht!
