The location was very good, so it was convenient to get around for tours.

Cons:

Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but we had to wait until after 4:00 PM because our room was still being cleaned. Unfortunately, when we finally entered the room, we found that the cleanliness was not up to an acceptable standard.

We took photos and reported the issue to the front desk. The staff apologized, offered complimentary breakfast, and moved us to another room. While we appreciated their efforts to resolve the situation, the overall cleanliness of the second room was also disappointing, with issues such as unclean cups and noticeable dust. Additionally, the washroom ventilation fan did not appear to be functioning properly. However, after the delayed check-in and room change, we were too exhausted to raise another concern, so we decided not to report it.

We chose this hotel despite its high price because of its excellent location. However, given our experience, particularly regarding cleanliness and the delayed check-in, I would not choose to stay here again.

Une très belle décoration, une chambre super fonctionnelle et surtout du personnel très aimable, réactif et efficace. Belle isolation sonore de l'extérieur. On a pas faire toutes nos visites à pied.

Cons:

On entendait beaucoup nos voisins mais ça ne nous a pas posé de soucis pour dormir.
