Sign says to call Quality Inn across the street to check in. Stood for a while because person checking in could not figure out system. Thank goodness call to manager helped even though she used a disability slur. No pool no breakfast no coffee. Signs say to use Quality Inn across the street. Empty lobby. Would not feel safe at all if traveling alone. Time to close this hotel and fix it.

Amy, the desk clerk, was very helpful in assisting me to find a very good restaurant for dinner and she gave us a room for handicap, as my wife has a leg problem and has trouble walking. The breakfast, however, was a disaster. There was no coffee available and no food whatsoever. There was not even anyone in the food area. Also, when we checked out, there was no one at the front desk. It was deserted.
No staff in building from 4pm until check out. It took a long time to check in, had to walk to Quality Inn to find anyone since both buildings are own by the same company. The back doors were left open, no key needed. Trash and dirty laundry in hallway. The pool was very dirty. This looks like a new building online but really just a new paint job. 2nd and 3rd floors currently under construction. Breakfast was a joke.
First, the poor staff did everything they could with what little they had to work with - SHAME ON MANAGEMENT/OWNERS! We got here when it was in the mid-90s and the A/C was OFF and all the doors to the rooms that weren't occupied were open. It was oppressively hot!!! After two hours, our room was still at 88 degrees so we requested another room. I waited at the desk for quite awhile before someone came because the front desk staff was RUNNING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THIS HOTEL AND THE NEXT DOOR HOTEL in order to work both hotels at the same time!!! Whoever owns this hotel should be ashamed of themselves! The front desk lady was so nice and apologetic but this was just wrong! The owners are too cheap to have the A/C on in any room that isn't occupied. While I can understand trying to cut costs here and there, it actually takes more energy to cool and dehumidify a room (or an entire floor!) when you let it get this hot. And if you KNOW you have someone coming, start the A/C before they get there!
This property is not taken care of at all. Carpets are dirty, curtains are torn, air conditioner was super noisy. Staff at front desk are slow and confused. Breakfast area not well taken care of as far as food, napkins, etc. Woukd Not recommend thus at all.

There was confusion between Expedia & the hotel regarding my reservation, even though the room had been booked for months. I tried for weeks to talk to someone via phone and email, to get everything straightened out, no one ever returned my call or replied to the email.
Went to check in nobody was at the counter had to call the number somebody came from the hotel across the street to check us in got into the room it wasn't the room that I paid for. It was extremely hot in the room took quite a few hours to cool off. Bathroom did not have toilet paper and of course could not find anybody to help me had to find a maids cart in the hallway and get it out of there when I went to check out of course nobody was at the counter had to go across the street to the other hotel to check out
Opened door to the room and the heat hit us right in the face. Took 3 hours to cool room down. Cable did not work at all
The hotel and staff were were very nice. Not enough staff the people they did have were very friendly. And helpful. Needed more towels in the room only had two full size towels. Women need at least two each. They did deliver the towels. The pool was nice clean. Again with staff they did have was terrific. They accommodated us the best they could.
The good deal was not worth the stay here.

Pool absolutely disgusting. Booked 2 bed room got an accessible room with 7 yr old 2 year old and 1 year old! How will we bath them? I am so upset can not wait to call osha!!!! So we drove over this way to go zoo. Tomorrow we wanted to swim it’s definitely vibes of Lake water!!! What a disappointment be where hope the breakfast good!!🥹🥹🥹🥹
The bedroom was clean, however, the air wasn't working in my room and when I tried to call downstairs, it just rang. There was no body wash or shampoo in the shower containers, so I used the bar soap provided. However, it was clean and the staff were friendly.
The bed was nice. The King Suite was worfully underfurnished. The pool was closed because the owner didnt buy chlorine. The invluded breakfast was not served because the owner chose not to. Had to go to the hotel next door (same owner) to get keys. Only staff we saw was the 2nd shift counter clerk. The owner(s) parked 1 of their vehicles blocking the car port entry so as to not get wet. Leaving us to get our bags soaked. *the owners were not onsite they would stopby at the next doot hotel where they blocked the carport there as well. Crap owners! Hotel would be ok if not good woth some care.
Came in to a dirty room, stains on covers, hairs on pillows, dirty toilets and the inside pool wasn’t even working and they weren’t very apologetic for anything or didn’t try very hard to accommodate so we cancelled and left and went someone much cleaner for a little cheaper
I Did not stay! Hot there at 7pm room had not been cleaned and was not ready. Said he didn't have any help. There was a bag of trash in the main room. The public tolit in the lobby was filthy and wouldn't flush.
Pool wasn’t working upon arrival, this was one of the reasons we picked this hotel was due to the pool. Wasn’t notified about the pool not working till starting the process of checking in and asking the pool hours and when I ask for a refund because it was advertised as being open the guy working the front desk gave me a nasty look and attitude changed then said it would be refunded by the morning. I asked for some kind of documentation for the cancellation and he gave a print out and acted annoyed I had asked for it. We ended up getting a room next door.
This hotel clerk was new and didn’t know much. The breakfast area was not open nor could they sell drinks due to not renewing their liquor license. No coffee. no hot water in the shower and the pillows were so flat. No one to check us out. Actually the pictures posted on hotels.com were very false. I was very upset I would have stayed at another place if I knew it was this bad
