Glasgow City great visit. Good location room management needs attention to details please.
Pros:

Room clean on arrival. Breakfast good, Staff helpful and efficient clearing away etc. Kate on reception extremely helpful and friendly. Ice machine lovely. Great location. Parking nearby spacious and open and accessible easy to find on sat nav.

Cons:

Milk sachets never enough too small. Bed was 4ft 6ins expected 5ft at least! Disabled bathroom poorly thought out. No soap at sink next to toilet. Extra bath mat req as water escaped from shower area. Larger bin required. NO heating in bathroom it was very COLD in there!! Floor cold. Had to leave door open and ramp up air con to try and improve temp. COLD in room also on arrival air con was noisy and kept switching off?? Windows metal did not fit properly gaps when closed noted when fully
closed allowed you to see fresh air outside!!!! Warped??? Electric plugs sited at too low level for disabled not 2ft above floor?? Bedside table lamps flopped about, not able to use effectively. Only 1 desk chair in the room another chair is required. Disabled people do not all use wheelchairs and need something stable to sit on! Service cleaning was poor, little done apart from bin emptying, towel replacement and bed made. No vacuuming done. Sink areas not cleaned properly, no tea tray replenished. Stayed 3 nights so had to go to desk for supplies. Room was clean on arrival. Expected a better discount than 55p a day for l24hr parking rate from Holiday Inn. Cost us £37.50 for 3 day stay in car park added to the cost of our stay.

With staff as good as they have ,and so welcoming why would you not go back ,highly recommend .
Pros:

Everything went well from check in to check out , could not have had nicer staff on at the desk. Room perfect for our stay comfy bed and no noise . Breakfast very good plus good choice on offer .
