Wonderful location and comfortable, clean rooms
Pros:

Location was great, we had a wonderful view! Loved the inclusion of washing machine. Very spacious room

Cons:

No aircon in the bedroom meant it took a long time to cool down. Bathroom a bit pokey considering the size of the whole room was large.

Great place to stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

Everything. They upgraded us to a suite. Had a washer/dryer; kitchen; living room; K size bed; bath; and balcony with lake view. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Nice town. Would have liked to stay longer.

Excellent, will stay again.
Pros:

We stayed for a friends’ wedding and wanted to be onsite. Our suite was super spacious and comfortable, and we liked the well equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine, nice glassware and ample tea varieties. Our room opened to the lawn and the lake and most handily was right across the lawn from the reception! We liked the onsite laundry also.

Unseasonal late January poor weather ;)

Pros:

Beautiful large room with great views of the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A little pricy. The buffet breakfast was a little disappointing.

Would stay again for location but would book a dinner reservation at same time as it is a taxi drive into town

Lively quiet location on Lake edge away from town

Cons:

The property was overbooked with guests snd a wedding , no contact was made with guests that had long term bookings to let them know that the restaurant would not be available during their stay due to a large wedding taking place. Breakfast we had to clear a table to be able to sit down and eat, staff did their best but they did not have enough on for the number of guest staying.

Posizione panoramica, ristorante annesso.

Cons:

Chiedono un sovrapprezzo per il pagamento in carta di credito, è una cauzione, cosa lecita, ogni hotel ha regole sue, purtroppo sul sito di Booking nel prezzo è scritto “ il prezzo include tasse e costi” dovrebbero specificare meglio le condizioni.

Cons:

酒店房间陈旧，虫子超级多，被子上都是虫子，而且向酒店反馈了，说没有房间给我们换，帮我们驱虫，用杀虫剂驱虫马上让我们再进去了，也不知道对身体有没有危害，窗户也不敢开，另外一个房间洗头洗到一半没热水了，真的体验感太差了

Pros:

Excellent place. We only stayed for 1 night. It is close to everything (including that wanaka tree). But, also very serene and peaceful. Very well equipped apartments and wonderful staff.
