All in all it was a good experience.
Pros:

loved the views and and the cleanliness of the the room. Front desk staff was great.

Cons:

We never had hot water in room 112, that was frustrating.
And we didn't feel safe because neither of the two exterior doors had a flip locks. this is a major miss and you should make sure those get installed in all your rooms that don't have them.

Scenic and comfortable hotel close to Zion NP
Pros:

Great location in Springdale. The view from our room was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The mini fridge and microwave was really nice to have.

Cons:

The walls were thin, we could hear our neighbors.

Pros:

We got a free upgrade and had an amazing mountain view room. Room was also very spacious and we also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub in the sun after a long hike. Super friendly staff.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questo hotel trovandoci molto bene
UBICAZIONE: molto comodo per visitare lo Zion park, anche se non adiacente al centro informazioni del parco. Si trova sulla strada principale di Springdale.
SERVIZIO : Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, anche quando non riuscivamo ad aprile la porta della camera. Ci è stato fornito un pass per lasciare la macchina nel loro parcheggio tutto il giorno, ma noi siamo andati presto al visitar center lasciando lì l'auto da dove poi passa l'autobus che porta. Volendo di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel passa un autobus che porta al visitar center
CAMERA : La camera era al primo piano in una palazzina distaccata dalla hall. L'interno era molto spazioso con due letti matrimoniali. Due poltrone, armadio a muro, mobile con TV. Frigobar, macchinetta del caffè e microonde nel disimpegno davanti al lavandino e davanti alla porta che conduce al bagno con WC e vasca da bagno
Il BAGNO : Il bagno era diviso in una zona comunicante con la camera con il lavandino e una chiusa da una porta con WC e vasca. Presenza di necesseire con sapone, shampoo, balsamo e crema corpo.

COLAZIONE: non usufruito del servizio
RAPPORTO QUALITA' PREZZO : molto buono, non abbiamo speso molto per una sola notte.
GIUDIZIO COMPLESSIVO : consigliato perché prossimo all'ingresso del parco. Consiglio in ogni caso di recarsi con la macchina direttamente al visitar center solo se si parte la mattina molto presto perché il parcheggio del center è piccolo e quindi si rischia di non trovare più posto auto. Il servizio navetta che porta nel parco in inverno parte alle 08.00. Non saprei gli orari del bus che percorre la strada principale e che porta al parco
