Pros:

Absolutely stunning location, with lots of places to eat. Great shuttle service to the parks. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. They provide you with lots of information to make sure you get the best out of your stay.

Fantastic Location, but unfortunately that is all.

Cons:

Bed was terribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Both AC units were so loud that they woke us every time they cycled. We stayed on the ground floor, and it sounded like big horn sheep were above us..Definitely not worth the price.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder !
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit wunderschöner Sicht auf die Berge.
Es gab viele Ablagemöglichkeiten für Koffer etc. Das Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Es gibt Nichts zu bemängeln.

Great choice for a stay at Zion.
Pros:

Located just down the road (and on the bus route) from Zion N.P., the room was very well appointed and spacious.

Cons:

This location (Springdale) was more expensive than any other place I stayed in my tour of the "Grand Circle" this spring.

Excellent stay
Pros:

We had a beautiful, spacious room with a sitting room, a balcony, and views of the mountains in Zion national Park as requested. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning was strong, and we loved that we could also do our laundry on site. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant our second night as well. The staff gave us a lovely welcome and a note and a gift for our anniversary.
We also liked that the shuttle bus Zion was right outside the hotel.

Cons:

There was an odd smell in the sitting room. Also, we didn’t realize there was an extra charge for parking since we booked through Booking.com.

5 star accommodations, friendliest staff, dining and location!
Pros:

The welcoming staff were awesome, the assisted us in early check-in after driving over 7 hours. Our room was a dream room! We had a breathtaking view from our beds, at night we could stargaze. Chairs on the patio were perfect to enjoy our morning coffee and evening wine with a good book. We didn’t want our stay to end!
Breakfast was made available at Oscar’s and was scrumptious. Dinners at hotel were 5 star!
