Location
The AC was very noisy and they don’t do daily cleaning. I stayed for five days and they only “made” the bed twice; they didn’t even empty the bin or make up the sofa bed. What’s more, the shower was dirty – there were other guests’ hairs in it.
All of the employees, from checkin, breakfast staff, to cleaning staff were extremely friendly and polite.
The bathroom. The sink/vanity was in the room where the beds were. I found that to be very strange. Lack of privacy.

Manager claimed somebody reported smoke coming from our area accused me of smoking in room and asked to check I allowed her to come in room to see I wasn’t smoking , when she realized she was wrong she tried to make a big deal about anything she could so I would feel uncomfortable to leave

The staff there was really amazing! They check in with you and make sure all needs are met! They did a great job and recommend if you are in the area and need a place to stay for business they are the spot!
Staff was extremely nice and accommodating and did everything they could to make sure the stay was great. Great amenities like a bar and restaurant downstairs, gym, pool and lots of places around to do things. Room was clean and spacious and comfortable with nice soft bed and pillows. Definitely 10/10 will stay again for sure

Nice room with coffee and desk area and couch.
We were greeted with smiles and a quick, easy check-in every at our 12:30am arrival after a late night arrival to SFB airport. We arrived in less than 20 minutes from SFB. Our short, one night stay was comfortable, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the plentiful breakfast and fitness center.
