The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was nice to control the temperature of the room.
The weekday breakfast started at an odd time. Most start at 6, but there's started later and I couldn't utilize the complimentary breakfast because of the time.

This place needs a major overhaul. The grout in the shower was all spotted...with what, I do not know. The towels were paper thin. But the worse was the dated air conditioner. Right next to the bed, it's loud and blows on the bed all night long. We had to put a towel over the vent to sleep. Yes, it's that bad. Service at check in was good, so that's why it got 2 stars. Otherwise, it's a one star property. Avoid if you like to sleep in comfort.
A beautiful hotel, super friendly staff and the rooms are so clean and cozy. I love the setup of the space. A really comfortable stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights for soccer tournament. We chose this hotel since we always had good experiences in other Hyatt Place hotels. This hotel was not only more expensive, they had very little staff and reduced amenities compared to same brand hotels. We were Disappointed to see they didn’t have a coffee/tea station in lobby area, no Market with grab&go items, no Placery restaurant with burgers /sandwich/salads as per their website. Apparently they were doing renovations as per front desk staff but this is not mentioned on their website. Also we were surprised to see their laundry machine and ice machine share same room, ice machine apparently was broken and leaking a lot, so the floor was always wet and very dangerous for guests using laundry machine.
Worst experience we’ve ever had at a Hyatt — and we are 20+ year Hyatt members and card holders.
We arrived late after a long drive and checked in. My husband is blind and did not see the bedding on the bed and fell asleep. When I pulled back the covers, I found a large yellow stain on the bottom sheet. The bed was clearly unsanitary. Because it was very late and we were exhausted, I put a bath towel over the stain and tried to sleep, which was very uncomfortable.
The next morning, I reported this to the front desk and was assured the bedding would be changed. When we returned late that night from an event, the bed had not been changed at all — the same disgusting stained sheet was still there. The hotel was fully booked, and the only solution offered was to hand us clean sheets and have us make the bed ourselves.
On the day of check out, the next morning, we requested a return of the points we spent on the stay. The manager denied the request, saying “things happen.” And instead offered us 10% token points.
Unsanitary bedding, failure to fix the issue after it was reported, and asking guests to make their own beds is far below Hyatt standards. We would not stay at this property again.
I made a reservation for Jaunary 24-25, 2026 for 2 queen beds. On the 24ylth @ 3pm I called the front desk to inform them we would be checking in around 9-11 pm because the dance competition for ky daughter was still going. Once we got there at 1015 the front desk (a young man with skeleton tattoos on his hands) said they gave away our double queen bedroom and were given a king with a sofa pull out bed. When questioned about this change he replied saying "the room you reserved is not guaranteed through Expedia", which is false. If the room isn't available the website will tell you its not available and redirect you. I asked to speak to the manager and he says she wont be in until Tuesday and we were there only for the one day. Then we get to the room and find we need more blankets. I call and ask for 2 additional blankets and wait almost an hour. I then go back down where there is a young lady now and I give her my room number and request and she says, sorry I forgot about you we are busy down here. She goes and gets the "blankets". I go back to our room and take them out the bag and its not blankets its fitted sheets. In the morning I am sitting on the couch and here 3 knocks, no announcement, then someone tries to gain entry. Thankfully the latch is on and the cant open the door all the way and I yell stop because my wife was topless. They then said its housekeeping and I'll come back later then closed the door with no apology. This experience was subpar and dissatisfying. A refund would make this better.
Stained sheets upon arriving. Management did not correct. Disgusting!! We had to raid laundry and switch out ourselves. Customer service response by management after spending 20k in points was disgraceful!
