Everyone was very accommodating .
We did have to change rooms around 10:30 at night because our air wasn’t working right.

No breakfast
Clean and friendly
Dint include breakfast. Other than that nothing
The location was perfect for my occasion. Perfect for nearby shopping. The breakfast was great. The young lady that sings at night made our night as we were there for a sad occasion. It could use some upgrades in some areas but otherwise a great stay
I stayed at this hotel for Valentine’s Day and had such a great experience. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a romantic getaway. My favorite part was the jacuzzi tub it was so relaxing and really made the night feel special. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.
This is not a brand new, remodeled, and updated Hilton Garden Inn. But let me tell you what it is: It is clean, it has welcoming people at the front desk, it has everything you need in a hotel room, it has one of the most comfortable beds that I've found in any hotel room, it may have the old-fashioned tub and shower, but we certainly lived with those for quite some time. Before everyone had to have a walk-in. The water pressure was good, the shower head was good. The water pressure was excellent, and the shower head was a good one. And finally, the price was right.
Lobby
Room was just decent- lots odd cosmetic issues that were unsightly, ripped pillowcase, one pillow case missing.
We were driving home from a visit in Florida, and we were looking for a place to stay. I checked my Hilton App, and there were 4 or 5 Hilton properties within an hour ahead of us! Awesome! We chose the Hilton Garden Inn Jackson Pearl, because it was easy access off the highway, on our route, and has an on site restaurant.
We walk in the door, and see the restaurant is closed. As we checked in, I asked about the restaurant. I was told its not open on the weekend. What!?!?!? Then we were told, it's ok, because there are several restaurants nearby.
We go up to our room. Its pretty dark. We try the night lights above the bed ( because I can't figure out where the table lamp switch is/ that was my fault!) and neither one works. We get some lights on... the room is pretty worn out looking. The plastic on the a/c cover is broken and the fan is pretty loud/rattling. My wife then tells me she isn't staying in this room. Ok.
We go back down, explain we don't want the room and the Front Desk employee tells me that "you already swiped your card." Yes. I did. Now that I've seen the room, I don't want it. She tells me she doesn't know how to reverse the charge. She says the day manager will have to do it. I say that's fine, but I expect to see the reversal tomorrow ( which would be today).
We go to the Hilton Home 2 Suites and check in, and spend the night. It was great. We checked out and they email my receipt. We get all the way home. Nearly 24 hours after saying we don't want the room, the receipt for the room shows up in my email. They had all day to reverse the charge. But didn't.
So, to recap: the room is very tired and hopefully is part of the remodel they are doing, they don't operate the "on site restaurant" (at least not at 5pm on a Saturday) that is listed on the hotel description, the employee at the desk does not know how to reverse or refund credit card transactions, and the employee did not (obviously) relay to the day management that we didn't stay in the room.
The Hilton Home 2 Suites across the street was beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The Hilton Garden Inn should be embarrassed.
Nice, great service
I wish that they still came to get the dirty linen and replace the linen
