Filthy run down hotel, needs major reno
Pros:

Very run down and dirty. Stained and very dirty carpeting. Pool out of order. Either mold or heavy dust on a/c intake in room so we checked out and left. Never seen an HGI in this kinda shape for this amount of money. Only positive was the poor clerk at checkin. The smell hit us as soon as we walked in the front door.

It was a very nice place to stay and the staff are very nice.

Everyone was very accommodating .

Cons:

We did have to change rooms around 10:30 at night because our air wasn’t working right.

Great stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect for my occasion. Perfect for nearby shopping. The breakfast was great. The young lady that sings at night made our night as we were there for a sad occasion. It could use some upgrades in some areas but otherwise a great stay

Great stay
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for Valentine’s Day and had such a great experience. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a romantic getaway. My favorite part was the jacuzzi tub it was so relaxing and really made the night feel special. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

This is not a brand new, remodeled, and updated Hilton Garden Inn. But let me tell you what it is: It is clean, it has welcoming people at the front desk, it has everything you need in a hotel room, it has one of the most comfortable beds that I've found in any hotel room, it may have the old-fashioned tub and shower, but we certainly lived with those for quite some time. Before everyone had to have a walk-in. The water pressure was good, the shower head was good. The water pressure was excellent, and the shower head was a good one. And finally, the price was right.
