I liked the location, about a 7‑minute walk from the Gare and the fact that the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. However, the cleanliness was very poor, both in the room and in the bathroom.

I'd definitely stay here again if I was travelling to Lyon.
Pros:

The reception was an inviting area and the greeting was pleasant. My room was clean, bright and had a great shower. In terms of location it was very close to the train station so handy for my needs.

Cons:

There was some blood on one pillow (but there were three others for me to use) and no shower gel in the container in the shower.

Nous avons dû réclamer une nettoyage à notre arrivée et même ce nettoyage a été fait de manière légère.
Équipements ce cuisine vieillissant à remplacer
Pas de hotte donc la moindre cuisine faite, l'odeur este dans la chambre tout le séjour même en aérant

Publicité mensongère, appartement d'un autre temps, manque de propreté et personnel désinvolte.

Le personnel gérant le ménage très agréable (gouvernante et agent d'entretien du 4eme étage) ainsi que la personne chargée de notre check-in.
Proximité avec l'arrêt de bus.

Cons:

Notre séjour a été une grande déception du début à la fin. En arrivant, nous avons découvert que notre fameux "surclassement" était en fait un vieil appartement resté bloqué dans les années 80, bien loin du studio rénové réservé sur internet. L'état général laissait vraiment à désirer : taches sur le canapé et la moquette, et pour couronner le tout, la vaisselle dans les placards était sale. Je suis descendue à la réception le jour même pour essayer de comprendre pourquoi notre logement ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos. On m'a répondu, avec un aplomb incroyable, qu'il ne fallait pas s'attendre à avoir la même chambre que sur le site. C'est quand même aberrant. Le pire a été la suite : la présence de cette vieille moquette, qui n'était pas prévue dans le studio initial, a été catastrophique pour ma compagne allergique aux acariens. Elle a fait des quintes de toux toute la soirée et toute la nuit. Nous repartons fatiguées et l'impression de nous être fait avoir.

Bon emplacement. Transports en commun à proximité. Studio propre et bien équipé. Très bien pour le parking souterrain. Bonne qualité du petit déjeuner.
