Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

The Gold Coast is currently experiencing a large growth of new construction projects. Hi Surf, while not undergoing any works, will have construction work taking place on an adjacent block. We are advised works will begin from late December 2021 from 6:30am – 6:30pm Monday – Saturday. Expected completion 2028.

We appreciate this may cause some inconvenience to some of our guests.

However, If you are looking for an awesome place to stay, directly across from the beautiful sands of Surfers Paradise and understand that there may at times be some unavoidable noise. If your holiday plans include day trips to the Theme Parks and you plan to be out and about at the beach or exploring all that the Coast has to offer, then these works may not be of concern to you, and we look forward to welcoming you to stay with us.

Pros:

The size of the apartment, the view and the facilities.

Cons:

Out foxtel wasn't working, although the staff were happy to come and fix it. We declined as we used Netflix anyway. But that's about the only thing that didn't go to plan.

Cons:

Ensuite sliding door was broken open which meant couldn’t close it when having a shower. This should have been picked up by cleaners

Pros:

The view from our balcony was amazing and being able to watch the waves lapping at the beach while making your morning coffee was just wonderful.
Having the tram at the end of the driveway was an unexpected added bonus that made life and access easier.

Not great! WiFi doesn’t work, no rubbish bin in bathrooms, no mugs or cups, no hair dryer, the oven is faulty therefore
