Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

The Gold Coast is currently experiencing a large growth of new construction projects. Hi Surf, while not undergoing any works, will have construction work taking place on an adjacent block. We are advised works will begin from late December 2021 from 6:30am – 6:30pm Monday – Saturday. Expected completion 2028.

We appreciate this may cause some inconvenience to some of our guests.

However, If you are looking for an awesome place to stay, directly across from the beautiful sands of Surfers Paradise and understand that there may at times be some unavoidable noise. If your holiday plans include day trips to the Theme Parks and you plan to be out and about at the beach or exploring all that the Coast has to offer, then these works may not be of concern to you, and we look forward to welcoming you to stay with us.

Pros:

The views were stunning. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. Tram station was right outside the complex.

Cons:

There was only 1 aircon for the whole apartment, which was ok but would have preferred one in each room.

Pros:

The area is great, patrolled beach at your door step, tram stop directly at the back of the property, bit quieter than staying in surfers paradise itself. The 2 pool options was fantastic, outside pool was great but a tad cold especially with the wind that blows through, inside pool perfectly tempered. Two heated spas indoors and outdoors were greatly appreciated! Sauna and a gym with few pieces of equipment enough to do a workout.

Cons:

When booking it’s not clear whether you’ll get an apartment with aircon, or whether you’ll get a high floor or whether it’s modern or what the bed configuration is. The lovely staff were kind enough to let me look at 2 apartments that were available (booked the sea view rooms)
Level 4 was an older looking apartment with renovations needed BUT had air conditioning in the rooms, Level 5 had a modern touch to it and was the clear choice BUT had no air conditioning in the rooms.
Small note too is the construction of two towers going on next door, honestly didn’t affect our stay in anyway and noise from it was very minimal.

Out foxtel wasn't working, although the staff were happy to come and fix it. We declined as we used Netflix anyway. But that's about the only thing that didn't go to plan.
