Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

The Gold Coast is currently experiencing a large growth of new construction projects. Hi Surf, while not undergoing any works, will have construction work taking place on an adjacent block. We are advised works will begin from late December 2021 from 6:30am – 6:30pm Monday – Saturday. Expected completion 2028.

We appreciate this may cause some inconvenience to some of our guests.

However, If you are looking for an awesome place to stay, directly across from the beautiful sands of Surfers Paradise and understand that there may at times be some unavoidable noise. If your holiday plans include day trips to the Theme Parks and you plan to be out and about at the beach or exploring all that the Coast has to offer, then these works may not be of concern to you, and we look forward to welcoming you to stay with us.

Great apartment and location.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Beach view. Tram outside door. Only two stops to Cavill Ave. Staff were fantastic. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Easy parking.

Nice to see the Sun! Lovely beach !

Unfriendly Unhelpful staff, perhaps sit out front rather then hiding in the back part of your office, move the laptop to front. Smile, say hello,say enjoy the sun.
Add a bell! Lastly make sure that any trades person in our case dishwasher repairs person locks the door when they leave !!!

Pros:

Proximity to the beach and a tram stop were fantastic - made everything really convenient. The place was spacious, and we enjoyed access to the pool and spa in the building.

Cons:

The place wasn't as clean as we'd have liked - dusty in places, the windows were smudgy and some dirty cutlery in the drawer.
Less of an issue but we checked in outside reception hours and the map we were left to find our room was somewhat confusing.

Excellent location with stunning views, but dated facilities
Pros:

Excellent location, sea views were phenomenal. Very close to GTram and an easy walk into Surfers Paradise

Cons:

Dated interior, fittings very old or broken and not replaced. Absolute bare minimum kitchen supplies. Cleaning was average at best

Cons:

The stuff around we received at checkin , we had booked this property 11 months in advance , we requested the same room that we were in 12 months prior. I confirm with Booking.com that the same room was going ahead and I also rang high surf to confirm. I was both told yes this could be done unless the owner (they are all individually owned) had decided to sell.
Upon arriving at high surf, we were at check-in and given a completely different room they had double booked our room and told us that we couldn’t have the room we had booked. I had email confirmation with the room number we were given a few options of other rooms which we do not like they were very old and ran down ,
We did stay in another room for one night until our booked room became available .
The lady on reception was absolutely amazing. She called the managers and explain what happened although the managers did not seem to care .

Very run down cupboards didn’t close properly, bathrooms, kitchen, carpets needed replacing. Very outdated and old. Over priced paid $2.5K for 4 nights

The heated pool, spas and sauna were amazing

Cons:

Our room was run down. The dryer didn’t work, the ensuite shower had an open drain with no grate, dishwasher wheels were broke, the hot water tap was installed backwards, the toilet seat was broken. Despite reporting to reception no one ever came to repair or investigate the dryer or drain which was a safety issue.

Pros:

Lovely helpful staff. Clean pool and spa. Amazing location. Well appointed kitchen that had all the utensils you could ask for and enough crockery and cutlery to actually cook with. View was amazing too.

Cons:

One small thing -our beds had a top sheet and a fluffy thin blanket that was in the warobe. I checked to see if was a house keeping error but the room didnt provide doonas. Aside from this the experience was perfect we'd definitely be back.

Pros:

Great spacious apartment. Great location. Super friendly staff willing to accommodate any needs.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact you only have 1 bath towel per person then you have to hire more. The fans in the lounge and bedrooms had a lot of dust build up ok n them.

Great staff and location. Disappointed with the constant noise from construction of apartment next door and didn’t know
Pros:

Great location. Fantastic to see the sea and also for swim between the flags to be located just out front. Great to be close to the tram. Can see whale splashes from the deck. Awesome to be close to tram. Nice big spacious apartments with the living area and kitchen and two full bathrooms

Cons:

Construction going on right outside our property so very noisy. I think this should be disclosed at the time and a discounted offer.

You also need to bring everything - including salt and pepper!! Shakers are there but empty. One sample of dishwasher only and rubbish bag liner so need to have everything. Needs to have a decent knife to cut raw vegetables
