Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

The Gold Coast is currently experiencing a large growth of new construction projects. Hi Surf, while not undergoing any works, will have construction work taking place on an adjacent block. We are advised works will begin from late December 2021 from 6:30am – 6:30pm Monday – Saturday. Expected completion 2028.

We appreciate this may cause some inconvenience to some of our guests.

However, If you are looking for an awesome place to stay, directly across from the beautiful sands of Surfers Paradise and understand that there may at times be some unavoidable noise. If your holiday plans include day trips to the Theme Parks and you plan to be out and about at the beach or exploring all that the Coast has to offer, then these works may not be of concern to you, and we look forward to welcoming you to stay with us.

Great view and location
Pros:

The facilities and view were great. All pools were clean.

Cons:

The apartment wasn't as clean as I'd expect for the price you pay. I found broken glass on the floor and balcony and dried noodles in one bedroom.

Muy buen departamento. Pesima comunicacion.
Pros:

Departamento amplio y limpio, cocina equipada, hermosa vista al mar, a metros de la playa. Edificion cuenta con piscina exterior e interior, jacuzzi y sauna.

Cons:

LLegamos despues de la hora de check-in, nos dieron las indicaciones para sacar las llaves de la caja fuerte. Solo estaba la llave de la habitacion, pero no el sensor para entrar al hotel ni para usar el ascensor. Llamamos al numero que indican y no hubo respuesta. Despues de perder mucho timpo logramos entrar gracias a que otro huesped que iba entrando, pero no podiamos usar el ascensor. Seguimos llamando por telefono sin respuesta, enviamos un mail que hasta el dia de hoy no contestaron. Despues de perder mucho tiempo salio una persona de una habitacion del primer piso y nos dio el sensor.
Pesima comunicacion.

Not worth the price paid
Pros:

The location was great, pools were good value

Cons:

The unit was not presented in a satisfactory condition upon arrival. There was sand across the dining table and floors, and the pots and pans had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, the main shower was malfunctioning, with dangerously hot water leaking.

There were also no spare rolls of toilet paper provided in any of the bathrooms, requiring us to purchase our own supplies.

Upon departure, the gentleman downstairs was not welcoming or communicative. He did not enquire about our stay or offer any form of courtesy interaction when we returned the keys.

Overall, given the price paid, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Location was great but the facilities provided were poor.
Pros:

The location was great, the sea and beach view from the lounge was excellent and my wife and my friend and her kids were very happy about the location.

Cons:

Didn't like the service part, in the master bedroom where myself and my wife stayed, there was no exhaust fan in the en-suite which was too strange, the air-conditioning unit was dripping water which I've reported to the reception, only a small round sized soap was provided for 6 nights stay which was totally unacceptable, towels provided on check-in was the only ones for the whole stay and no bed sheets were changed through out the week which was totally shocking, a couple staying for 6 nights and no cleaning was done and when I asked the reception they told me it's only after 7 days, you charge so much money for the accommodation and don't provide these facilities? it's totally unprofessional, in the next room my friend was staying with two kids 3 and 8 years old and had the same issues, we were washing and drying towels on a daily basis on our own, Thanks God at least a washing machine and dryer was provided, no tea bags and nothing of that sort was provided, if you take care of these facilities then the stay would become more comfortable and memorable.

Excellent family holiday accomodation
Pros:

Excellent location, beautifully kept facilities, the tram stop at the back door stop made travelling about easy.

Our 3 bedroom apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our two mid-teens

I highly recommend Hi-Surf Apartments l.

All of us enjoyed ourself. Excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Only two stations away with the tram to Cavil station. Station just outside our unit. And only .50c at the moment. Cant argue with that. Beach only across the esplanade. Nice walking and nice coffee around the corner. There were four of us and one use a walker and easy access into hotel for her. We all enjoyed ourself and thank you Hi Surf, see you!

great location and good size accommodation with tram stop outside and both pools & sauna were great
Pros:

Location was awesome, handy to have tram stop right outside and great being so close to the beach

Cons:

cleanliness floor felt dusty under foot and windows and outdoor furniture was dirty. Washing machine door was broken.
