I couldn't find the hotel we had to stop an ask someone for the hotel location and where the entrance and lobby was, didn't have a pool

Valet address and info not provided on confirmation of the room, this should be sent with reservations and recording on phones bc we waited 20 min on hold trying to ask and wasted money on parking without in and out privileges

The location was close to restaurants and our event for the week.

The white manager at the desk was rude and not cooperating the right way and charged me extra for a room I had booked already and i showed him I had the room book but was told they employee didn’t have the rights todo so when fixed a day before I checked in then made it my problem and charged me extra for a room I already payed for and booked
