Only stayed one night for an event at the convention center but all was excellent and will definitely come back when in

Great location. Easy parking garage access. Clean room with plenty of space.

Cons:

Parking garage was confusing….when we arrived we pulled right in the parking garage entrance that we thought was closest to the hotel entrance. After checking in and dropping bags we went out again for dinner only to find out we parked in the area where we were charged a flat daily rate and wound up paying $30 for that short time frame. Both garages were attached but the hotel entrance was on the opposite side. It would have been nice to be alerted to which garage the entrance to the hotel was actually a part of.

Pros:

The location was great! It was right next to the basketball arena and there were lots of restaurants/coffee spots nearby. The room was very spacious and the bed felt amazing! We enjoyed our stay!

The rude lady at the desk will not allow me to check in because it was 301. She said the cutoff was three so I didn't get to stay. I had to go sleep in the parking lot

Beautiful decor. Great location. Great nighttime view from the 14th floor.

We prepaid for the breakfast, which was a good idea but my breakfast sandwich was too greasy.

Pros:

Location is great. In the heart of uptown. Room size was good, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Room layout was strange. Sink is visible right as you open the room door. The insulation from other guest noise could be better.
