Great location
Pros:

This property is located in a central part of town where you can walk to eat to just about anything. It’s just a block from BoA stadium and about a five mile drive to the South Park Mall which is the best shopping in Charlotte. The property is clean and quiet, and the rooms are nice. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

Was pretty quiet and the location was really great. Breakfast was very good also.

Cons:

Parking situation is annoying as you are forced to valet to get your car in and out, but I get that’s a common thing in this city. Also, one of the front desk people misinformed us of the breakfast closing time which caused us to miss breakfast one of the days and they were unwilling to do anything about it. Especially frustrating considering breakfast is an explicit extra charge

I enjoyed the overnight no major problems
Pros:

We had to call and get the address where we needed to check in and carry our luggage to the fifth floor to check in
Then we had a room on the 12th floor

Cons:

we didn’t get instructions where we had to check into the room until we called and valet a separate charge and breakfast a separate charge

Nice location, but would not stay here again.
Pros:

Wonderful location

Cons:

Strong scents used every where. Valet smokes pot and my car reeked of it when it was brought around. He said it was people in the garage smoking.
Deodorisers to cover unpleasant smells is not something I appreciate.
