Comfortable and very convenient location close to the main road south.
Pros:

Very convenient location for our journey south. Comfortable room. We arrived quite late in the evening but were still able to eat in the restaurant. Good parking.

One member of staff unhelpful!!!

Location and dinner were good

Cons:

Building works going on which blocked the route to our room which the staff at reception were unable of so had to drive round to our room to find the doors locked so had to ring back to reception for help. Later we went out and couldn’t get back in as doors locked again, they blamed us only to find out it was NOT our fault. Not much of an apology was forthcoming!!!

Great Hotel for a stop on the way to the Alps.. but would like to stay longer
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel many many times... This hotel is a perfect stopover on the way or way back from the Alps. But I would like to stay for longer and explore the surrounding area as it is a well kept hotel. The room was very nice and looked after and the bar area is always great.
The hotel is undergoing renovation at the moment but don't let this put you off as from our experience it didn't matter.

Disliked · Now... I booked at the last minute and was very pleased to get a room.. however, the room that I booked through booking.com does not exist as I booked a room with a Double Bed & 1 Double Sofa Bed.
(Your reservation 1 night, Superior Family Room - 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. You booked for 2 adults)
The actual room that I got was a Double Bed and two single beds.. I was disappointed as I specifically wanted the Double Sofa Bed for my Son (Adult) But in general we think that this Hotel is Great.
