Great stay
Pros:

We do like the hotel and have stayed more than once it’s a great stop over location for us when driving to and from the alps for the UK

Cons:

The maintenance is still on going since the last time we came. Also the food menu is limited

Pros:

Love this hotel - the kids playroom area is amazing, the rooms are brand new, super clean and comfortable. The shower is powerful, the shower products are luxurious. The staff are so helpful and kind and tolerant (esp with kids who have been stuck in the car for best part of a day). The menu is great and the food is good. It is so easy to access from the motorway. 10/10 - always a brilliant experience.

Cons:

The pillows could be better but this is such a minor point - they are clean and clearly very new, just quite firm for our liking!

I am generally disappointed by hotels and on this occasion I was pleasantly surprised.
Pros:

The staff were great. The decor was clean and modern. Our children were given a welcome pack which they loved.
