Personale gentile e disponibile.
Ottima colazione penso che sia la cosa migliore in quanto non mancava nulla, vasto assortimento per tutti i tipi di colazione e personale pronto ad ogni richiesta.

Cons:

Camere di qualità bassa, per quello che abbiamo pagato, non si può dormire su di un materasso affossato e alzarsi la mattina con il mal di schiena, bagno con luci che funzionavano a intermittenza, porte doccia non funzionanti.
Peccato in quanto basta poco per mantenere un certo livello di qualità.

La colazione è ottima: abbondante, variegata e con prodotti sempre freschi.
La piscina è adatta al relax, meno per nuotare. La vicinanza al bar e la sua offerta, garantiscono relax e svago.
La struttura è collocata in un punto molto strategico: come punto di partenza per escursioni in giornata, comodo per una passeggiata in centro storico ma lontano da rumori fastidiosi.

Cons:

Verso la tarda mattinata i prodotti della colazione non sempre vengono riforniti adeguatamente.

Die Ausstattung und das Design des Hotels haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist sehr stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ganz besonders das Personal hat uns absolut begeistert. Betty vom Empfang, Stefano der Nachtportier und das Frühstückspersonal waren sehr freundlich und liebevoll und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Selten haben wir uns in einem Hotel so willkommen und gut betreut gefühlt. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Die Lage, nicht weit entfernt vom feinsandigen Strand und doch etwas entfernt vom Trubel der Innenstadt war für uns perfekt. Die Zimmer waren absolut ruhig und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Der Frühstücksraum mit Rooftop-Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und die Kulisse von Vieste. Die großzügige Frühstückszeit bis 12:00 Uhr kam Langschläfern entgegen. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und glücklich während unseres Aufenthalts!

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hatte für uns ein top Niveau und es gab nichts zu meckern. Vielleicht wären etwas weichere Kopfkissen schön, aber das ist wirklich die einzige Kleinigkeit.

L’hôtel en lui même, son emplacement La qualité et la variété du petit déjeuner et surtout le personnel particulièrement souriant, gentil et attentionné.
