Pros:

Propreté, personnel accueillant a l'écoute, équipements de la chambre conforme au descriptif, salle des petits déjeuners bien agencé et garni... beaucoup de choix.
La piscine un plus plus...
De passage sur le Mans je reviendrai sans problème...

Hôtel sale trace sur tte les portes / moquette également sale tacheté trace de liquide douteux Chambre non nettoyé / pas serviette/ pas de lit bébé / ascenseur en panne / odeur d’égouts dans tout l’hôtel / pas d’eau dans les chambre on m’indique une fontaine à eau salle et vaseuses malheureusement Check in a 00h avec deux enfants pas le choix de rester malgré l’état désastreux de l’établissement. Pourtant Novotel a toujours été gage de qualité

Le personnel très serviable, le petit déjeuner au top et la piscine suffisante pour se détendre un peu.

Cons:

Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir, le repas était bon en revanche la déception en voulant nous faire plaisir avec les desserts.

Lovely staff, good food, comfortable rooms though bit dated. Don’t understand why the lift could not be fixed.

The staff were all lovely and welcoming.

Cons:

The lift had broken so not much fun carrying bags up 3 flights of stairs particularly as one of our party has a disability 🤦‍♀️

Just adequate.
Pros:

It was adequate and exceptional value. Supper was as expected as was breakfast. Pool was good

Cons:

Shame the Aircon wasn’t better - in fact it wasn’t as good as my 20 yr old car! The lift was out of action and seemed to have been for a while.
The pool had a foot wash for sanitary purposes that was full of green murky water!

Gelukkig was het maar voor 1 nacht.
Ze hebben onze kamer van 2de verdiep naar 1ste verplaats.
Gratis parking en omheind

Cons:

De buurt waar het hotel zich bevind geeft zeker geen veilig gevoel.
Kom je toe, krijg je te zien dat de lift niet werkt, met het excuus dat het te warm is buiten. Blijkbaar ook een voorkomend probleem die al jaren terugkomt. Ooit had Novotel een grote naam en was bekend voor kwaliteit en service, deze is blijkbaar verdwenen met de jaren. En dit hotel is niet de enige.
Mijn zoon is mindervalide dus trappen doen, absoluut niet gemakkelijk. Parkeerplaats ook niet echt gereserveerd voor mensen met een beperking. Paardenkarren die er staan en mensen die te lui zijn achteraan te parkeren. Dit word ook niet in het ook gehouden.
We kregen te horen dat ontbijt volgende ochtend tot 10:30 was en in de ochtend bleek het maar tot 10:00 te zijn en dit op een zondag. Dus hier weeral negatief.
De producten in de kamer zoals bodylotion en zeep, zouden ter beschikking moeten zijn, nee je krijgt mooie lege flessen van rituals. En geluidsisolatie 0, je hoort alles van uw buren, de deuren slagen heel hard dicht en je hebt geen nacht rust.

Disappointing condition of the hotel meant this felt poor value with nice staff trying hard.
Pros:

Staff were polite and helpful, aircon worked well

Cons:

The general condition of the hotel is poor. The staircases smell awful (like urine?), the rooms are of the old design where the toilet is in a separate room with no sink. Rooms are dated.

Nice hotel but beware of deposit
Pros:

Nice hotel, very nice bar and lounging area, nice garden with pool, comfortable beds. Restaurant food was good

Only hotel that we stayed in on trip that took a deposit, room a bit tired looking

It accommodated our needs for a night stay but surprised by 4 star tag.
