Black water came out of taps rude staff not offered another room has to go without shower
Cons:

Had black water continuously coming out of the bathroom taps and sink tap not safe to wash. Went to complain at reception was told to come back next morning. The receptionist and manager lied and told me I was offered another room and were rude trying to fob me off. I was never offered this and asked for partial refund was not happy. Sofa bed not comfortable for my child room was dated
