Beautiful rooms

Cons:

We waited 10 minutes at the front desk saying hello to no answer. Someone finally came from the elevator and asked us how long we had been waiting. When I told her she said “I have to tattle on her she does that all the time, she never watches the camera”. She went into the door to the left and 2 seconds later a lady cam to the front desk. She didn’t talk at all. Found out our room number by looking at the keys and had to find the elevator on our own. Was just disappointed.

Do you like dog piss?
Pros:

Apparently every room here is a “pet” room. Checked in on Hilton app the night before and picked my room. Got to hotel and room smelled like dog piss. Immediately went down to alert and complain, got another room. That one smelled like a cat pissed on a dog, then the dog crapped on the floor. Complained again and asked for the no pet rooms…was told that all rooms are pet rooms. … WTF? How would anyone think this is a good business idea? Smells, my kid is allergic to dander. Ended up going back to the original room because it was the least-smelly choice. … I’ve been a true Hampton inn fan for about 25 years, but I cant, and won’t, stay again if they insist on this business model

DONT STAY IN ROOM 102.
Pros:

The staff was PHENOMENAL,HOWEVER DO NOT let them place you in room 102. YOU WILL NOT SLEEP AT ALL. There seem to be an extended Stay guest in the room Directly above it WHO WILL RUN, BUMP & JUMP ALL NIGHT LONG. YOU WILL NOT GET A MOMENTS REST. You can hang up trying to sleep because you WILL BE Serenaded by someone running a marathon into the early morning. I LITERALLY HAD TO GET OUT OF BED AT 1AM AND GO TO THE FRONT DESK TO PLEA FOR HELP from the Insane amount of running ALL NIGHT. NEVER PUT ANYONE IN ROOM 102 as long as the EXTEND guest is still there. Other than not sleeping for 2days the staff is great.

Convenience, price, comfort, breakfast, and unusually friendly and helpful staff at all levels.

Cons:

Pet-friendly rooms still carry scent or else masked by strong cleaning fragrances. Would prefer pet-free, like non-smoking. In this hotel, all bathroom counters and mirrors too high for shorter guests.

Comfortable, clean, and great location and amenities
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was convenient as well. The complimentary full breakfast, evening cookies, and daily coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, were all great! I would stay here again!

Cons:

Nothing. Wish it maybe had a hot tub but it’s not necessary.
