Very friendly, multi-lingual staff and spacious room. Great view of surrounding snow-capped mountains.
Pros:

Size of rooms, ability to make a cup of tea and cook simple meals.

Frente a estación de autobuses, buena relación calidad/precio
Pros:

La ubicación justo frente a la estación de autobuses
La limpieza en general. Las toallas y la ropa de cama huelen bien
Habitación espaciosa con pequeño hall de entrada donde se encuentra el baño y hay una armario grande, separado de la zona de dormitorio y cocina por una puerta (lo malo era que no cerraba). Campana extractora en la cocina, menaje justo pero suficiente para cocinar algo básico o calentar una sopa.
Personal amable y siempre en recepción

Cons:

Mal aislamiento. Como nuestra habitación estaba muy cerca de recepción y la puerta del dormitorio/cocina no cerraba bien, se escuchaba todo.
Los huéspedes de otra habitación próxima despertaron como a las 3 AM con gritos y golpes en el suelo sin que nadie les dijese nada. No deberían de consentirlo. También se escucha un ruido constante de agua corriendo de alguna cañería cerca de la cama y del frigorífico. Mejor llevar tapones para dormir
No hay sartén ni tostador de pan
La mampara de la ducha es corta y no tiene puerta por lo que se moja el suelo del baño al ducharse
Las escaleras del portal de acceso son incómodas si vas con equipaje pesado
