Чудесный отель, останавливаюсь здесь регулярно! Уютный, чистый, неординарно оформленный внутри. На центральной улице города, поэтому рядом кафе, магазины, в том числе круглосуточный, рынок, аптеки. Теплая домашняя атмосфера и доброжелательный персонал. Особая благодарность Ави за доброту и участливое отношение. Ави был готов помочь в любой момент, спасибо ему!
Благодарность отелю за подарок: меня поселили в 504 номер - люкс с джакузи по цене обычного номера! Номер просторный, большой, в нем есть холодильник и чайник, это важно. Телевизор, вайфай, сейф, в шкафу вешалки.
В отеле шикарная терасса, где я могла медитировать и принимать гостей.

Cons:

Служащий (по-моему это уборщик эфиопского происхождения), вошел в номер без стука. Долго выяснял, что я там делаю, сказал, что в компьютере не отмечено, что я остановилась на несколько дней. Звонил руководству. И это все поздно вечером. Пришлось предоставлять распечатку о датах приезда и выезда. И передо мною даже не извинились, хотя подняли с кровати, это происходило поздно вечером. Остался неприятный осадок. Прошу научить этого служащего уважать пространство постояльцев!
В номере с джакузи не была прикручена ручка в туалетную комнату. Мои гости прикрутили ее.
Не было мусорного ведерка в туалете.

לא אהבנו הכל.
חיכינו שעה עד שמישהו פתח לנו את הדלת עמדנו בקור בחוץ ואף אחד לא הועיל בטובו לענות לטלפון אפילו שירות על הפנים וגם שענו אפילו לא הצטערו ניתקו את הטלפון אחרי שאמרו שישלחו מישהו ישר וגם לא קיבלנו פיצויים בקיצור להתרחק לא מומלץ.

החדרים נקיים והמיטה נוחה. יש שתיה חמה וקרה חופשי ויש אוירה נעימה. מרפסת ממש כייפית עם נוף, חדר גדול נעים עם טלויזיה גדולה ושולחנות

המיקום של המלון בהדר על ההר היה רחוק מהמקומות בהם טיילנו. קצת רועש שומעים יותר מדי קולות מהחדר. לנו לא היו מים חמים בחדרים אחרים הבנתי שהיו מים חמים
