The only thing I liked was the space in the room and the bed.
I didn’t like how some parts of the room was damaged. I didn’t like how the toilet was separate and very small. I didn’t like that the gate had to be opened by someone at the desk and one time I was stuck outside for like 15 mins at 1am because the person had left the desk. I also didn’t like that there was no hot water in the building on my last night and next final day in the room. I had to shower with a cold shower while I’m already sick. Also I had forgotten to bring a French adapter and went to ask for one at the reception and they didn’t have any to give me that would work in their rooms and the person at the desk said the shops outside were closed but I was able to find a shop which had them available for me. I was travelling solo so that wasn’t good.
Tout. malgré l’environnement très urbanisé autour c’est hôtel est un havre reposant et très agréable. Tout était parfait accueil, literie, propreté, petit déjeuner piscine et ses transats, espace de jeux pour les enfants la déco, le parking la proximité des restaurants autour

Man konnte nicht in den Pool und es gab mitten in der Nacht einen Alarm.
Le manque de communication et de professionnalisme entre le personnel remplaçant. Ce qui s’est traduit bien entendu par la défalcation du prix de la chambre sur ma pré autorisation alors que j’avais déjà tout payé via booking.com.
