Un peccato, ottimo potenziale.
Pros:

Posizione comoda, soprattutto post collegamento metro c. Terrazze per colazione bellissime (peccato siano tenute e usate così male)

Cons:

Pulizia inadeguata, copriletti da cambiare, stanze da sistemare e ristrutturare. Sanitari vecchi, mobilio vecchio e mal messo. Umidità ovunque. Odore di chiuso. Presenza di insetti (pesciolini di argento e taglia forbici) anche sul letto. Prezzo decisamente alto che segue la speculazione del momento. Ma non adeguato alla struttura e al servizio.

Quasi tutto purtroppo. L hotel vecchio, mai rinnovato. Muri sottili. Ascensore non funzionante. Le donne delle pulizie la mattina, troppo rumorose. Letto matrimoniale composto da due lettini singoli, che si separavano ogni secondo.
Prezzo troppo alto per la scarsa qualità dell hotel

Buona la posizione, agile l'accesso in struttura, gentile il personale.
La terrazza della colazione, al quarto piano, offre una bella vista sul quartiere.
In generale l'hotel è una buona soluzione per brevi soggiorni.

Cons:

Migliorerei la qualità della colazione, vista anche la bella vista della terrazza in cui è offerta.
Le stanze hanno tutto ciò che serve, ma potrebbero essere molto abbellite.
Anche la pulizia potrebbe godere di qualche attenzione in più.
