Cons:

Some of the worst hotel beds I've stayed in - a terrible night's sleep. Holiday Inn seriously need to invest in mattresses that isolate motion really well so you don’t feel your partner move. Its 90% of the reason we are using their facilities. After so many years in business, you would think they would have gotten this right by now.
