Aircon not working on hottest days of the year.
Pros:

Very disappointed to find during one of the hottest heat waves in UK history, the hotel aircon was not working.
I understand faults can happen, however this was a known problem by the hotel when I booked the room in the morning.
I would expect an alert on the website or a follow up email from the hotel to advice this.
My stay was beyond awful, I really think I should have been given the opportunity to cancel and find alternative accommodation.
Aside from that, the room was clean and I would expect comfortable given I could really rate that aspect.
Staff were all very, very polite, friendly and helpful.

Väga rikkalik hommikusõõk. Sõbralik personal. Hotell asub meeldivalt lähedal jõetakso peatusele, ja jõetaksoga pääses lihtsalt kõikkide vaatamisväärsuste juurde. McDonalds ja kaubanduskeskused lähedal. Londonisse lähen alati heameelega uuesti tagasi :)

Heathrow lennujaamas õige bussi leidmine oli natuke keeruline, kuid kohalik personal oli abivalmis ja kõik lahenes hästi.

Pobyt udany, pomimo upałów i ogromnych korków w Londynie.
Pros:

Gniazdka na USB, ciekawe rozwiązanie z drzwiami do łazienki i ubikacji :).

Cons:

Remont klimatyzacji, ale w każdym pokoju był dodatkowo wentylator. Brak zamykanej szafy, pomimo dużej przestrzeni w pokoju.
