Lovely hotel, beautiful room temperature and I would stay again.
Pros:

The receptionist who signed us in was absolutely lovely. She was professional, courteous and explained the hotel’s check-in details very clearly. Thank you.

Cons:

Breakfast - being a vegetarian, there was very little option for this. Therefore, meat eaters would always benefit from the price of “breakfast included”.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles wordt netjes schoon gehouden. Dagelijks opfrissen vd kamer. Goed ontbijt, genoeg voor iedereen

Parkeren was niet zoals vermeld op de site. Parkeerplaats is niet vh hotel, maar wel op hun terrein. Prijzen na 24 uur lopen zeer hoog op en geen 30 pound per dag zoals op de site

A mostly decent stay overall, but unclear car parking policy detracted from it.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and although slightly small, perfectly adequate. The staff were excellent—consistently professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.

We ended up extending our stay to 3 nights due to last minute change in plans.

Cons:

Breakfast options were quite limited.
The car park pricing was not particularly transparent. Charges were not visible prior to booking, and it was only in the post-booking confirmation email that a rate of £30 per 24 hours was mentioned. On arrival, I was given a code for a 25% discount on parking, but it was unclear whether the £30 rate was before or after this discount. Despite this, I ended up paying £90 for 2.5 days.
Additionally, although the confirmation email stated a £30 charge per 24 hours, on arrival we were told we had to pay each time we exited the car park. However, no pricing was displayed anywhere, making it difficult to understand the actual cost or decide whether using the car or alternative transport was more economical. Given that car parking in London is both expensive and difficult, a clear and transparent policy would be very helpful to allow guests to make informed decisions.
