Pros:

Highlight ist natürlich der Bademantelgang, der einen komfortablen Zugang zur Therme gewährleistet. Schön auch, dass über das Hotel ein etwas günstigerer Eintrittspreis für die Therme erhältlich ist. Das Personal ist durchwegs überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt überwiegen die positiven Eindrücke.

Cons:

Die Matratzen in unserem Zimmer waren - obwohl auf den ersten Blick nicht erkennbar - wohl nicht von erster Güte. Wir hatten beide (sonst nicht üblich) mit Rücken- und Knochenschmerzen zu kämpfen. Die Küche ist, soweit wir sie außerhalb des Frühstücksangebotes in Anspruch nahmen, bestenfalls guter Durchschnitt - schade, weil es den Gesamteindruck doch (wenn auch nur geringfügig) etwas getrübt hat.

Schön, ruhig und perfekt zum abschalten.
Pros:

Check-in war bereits am Vormittag möglich, so konnten wir unsere Koffer abgeben und den Tag in der Therme nebenan verbringen, anschließend mussten wir nur noch den Schlüssel an der Rezeption abholen und konnten direkt aufs Zimmer gehen. Dazu haben wir auch eine Badetasche mit Badeschuhen, Badehandtüchern und Bademäntel bekommen. Außerdem bekommt man an der Rezeption vergünstigten Eintritt für die Therme.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, schön gemütlich und passend zum Gesamtstil des Hotels stimmig eingerichtet.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Auswahl war gut und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Für ein Kurzwochenende schönes Hotel, aber an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer mit der Empore sind wirklich schön und mal was anderes. Sind mit schönen Möbeln eingerichtet.
Lange Frühstückszeit und wenn man früh genug dran ist auch die breite Auswahl.

Cons:

Es ist sehr hellhörig, altmodischer Teppich, der mit den Möbeln nicht zusammen passt. In die Jahre gekommenes Bad, aber was ich schlimmer fand sind die verkalkten Wasserhahn und Duschkopf.
Frühstück bis um 11 Uhr ist schon sehr selten und finde ich positiv. Schade ist nur, dass ab 9:30 Uhr schon nicht mehr nachgefüllt wird. Samstag gab es noch Koffeinfreien Kaffee, am Sonntag nicht mehr.
Für mich persönlich waren die Betten viel zu hart, so schlecht habe ich schon lange nicht mehr geschlafen und hatte danach so starke Rückenschmerzen.
Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: einen Wäschetrockner oder ähnliches im Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen, um Handtücher trocknen zu können.

Alles in Allem das Beste Hotel für den Thermenbesuch.
Pros:

Der Bademantelgang ist hervorragend, sogar geheizt.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend wenn auch nicht überdimensional.
Parkplätze sind knapp, aber wenn vorhanden, kostenfrei.
Zum Ein- und Ausladen kann man bis zum Hoteleingang vorfahren.
Das Ortszentrum ist per Fuß leicht erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Rezeptionspersonal ist bemüht, aber nicht 4* kompetent.
Es konnten z.B. keine Empfehlungen für Restaurants im Ort gegeben werden.
Der Eintritt zur Therme kann zwar mit dem Hotel abgerechnet werden, die Konsumation aber - entgegen der Auskunft - nicht. Also bitte Geld mitnehmen.
