I have stayed here 3 times in the last few months, but after this last time I will find a different hotel.
Pros:

That they upgraded my room after finding bed bugs

Cons:

Finding bed bugs, then an employee didn’t believe me until I showed her a picture of said bed bugs. Then when they initially moved my room they sent me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Then they activated my card for one day instead of 2 so I was locked out in 0 degree weather.

I would book here again, it was clean!
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good size and it was a full bathroom, not a split water closet and vanity.

Cons:

Breakfast did not start until 7:00am. We are used to breakfast starting at 6:00 - 6:30am. We had to get on the road before 7:00am.

A clean enjoyable stay, pack throw blanket.
Pros:

It was very clean and felt secure to leave our vehicle outside. The breakfast bar was fresh and stocked! Loved the pancake maker vs the typical waffle maker. Fresh cinnamon rolls and bacon!! The breakfast lady was very joyful and personable. Even though we didn’t get to swim, the pool looked very well maintained and welcoming. Loved the full sized Dove body care products that were provided!

Cons:

It was a little further from town than anticipated. Needed extra blankets and was told there wasn’t enough. The front desk lady was very unenthusiastic when we checked in. There was no typical spare pillow and blanket stocked in the room for hide-a-bed use.

Cons:

Pool towels were limited and extra blankets were hard to come by. No extra blankets in the room for sofa bed had to go to the front desk.

Great stay for our family Christmas get together ❤️
Pros:

This was a very clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. The beds were so comfortable! There was anice pool and hot tub and an exercise room right next door. The variety they had for breakfast was awesome and the staff were very pleasant. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like!

Clean

Cons:

Noise from interstate kept me awake. I have stayed at other hotels near the interstate but this was by far the noisiest. Had to wear earplugs.

Pros:

Everything was great. No hard boiled eggs at breakfast. And the juice machine was out of order.

Breakfast aide was using same towel to clean seats and tables. Prob should have used a seperate towel.
