A great hotel with friendly service, comfortable rooms and everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Express Luzern-Neuenkirch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and everything was well maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety and was a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stop during our trip.

Cons:

There was nothing major to complain about. If anything, the location is a little outside Lucerne, so having a car is helpful, but it was perfect for an overnight stay.

Pros:

Habitación muy agradable y cómoda. El hotel está muy bien situado, a 10 minutos en coche del centro. También está dentro de un parque comercial y tiene un parque precioso alrededor para niños y zonas de picnic.

Accanto a noi c’era un cagnolino lasciato da solo nella stanza che abbaiava e graffiava la porta! Ci siamo svegliati cosi!Poverino!

Pratique. C’était sur notre chemin des vacances.

Cons:

Difficulté de trouver l’hôtel avec l’adresse donnée car c’est sur une aire d’autoroute. Chambres bruyante (route) .Nous avions 2 chambres pour 3 personnes et la chambre single était le même prix que la chambre double.
