Всё хорошо, в 10 минутах езды на машине до Люцерна. Отель чистый, аккуратный, вкусный завтрак, номер чистый, стоянка прямо перед отелем, цена более чем адекватная. Единственное, мы не смогли открыть окно, спрашивать не стали, не было сильно жарко, вопрос как там в жару, кондиционера нет.

Largely as expected.
Pros:

Room overall was clean (surfaces, bed etc) and staff were friendly on check in and check out

Cons:

Room smelled very strongly of smoke when we arrived.
No air conditioning and swelteringly hot room.
Disrespectful guests staying in rooms on same floor (although not the hotels fault).
All USB charging ports in room were snapped off.

The staff were really good and welcoming. The location did not suit what we were looking for. I think priority was given

Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Reception staff were lovely and very friendly

Cons:

Every night a different tour party would come through. The smell of Indian food cooking for their catering was overbearing and unpleasant. It went entirely through the place. They were loud and the restaurant during breakfast time was left in a mess with food everywhere - all over tables and the floor. There was no respect given for other guests or staff. My daughter’s room was close to reception and it was too noisy every night - she was kept awake most nights. Food options were limited unless you could drive somewhere. Truck stop - was not very appealing.
