Disappointed that they rented our room that was reserved to somebody else

Cons:

I made a reservation through booking.com for a king size bed smoking room I get there and is told that it is not a smoking room according to the confirmation that I got via email. It was a King smoking bed that was reserved. Very disappointed in the two beds
