Excellent, lovely staff
Pros:

The hotel was in a more than ideal location, with only a 15min walk to the O2 Victoria warehouse for a gig
The staff were absolutely lovely, very polite and helpful

Cons:

My only mild complaint was some noise during the day, however that was due to maintenance which cant really be helped

A lovely break away for my birthday
Pros:

It was perfect got a room overlooking the quays. Within walking distance to our coronation experience we had booked. Everything was just perfect

Cons:

Nothing everything was just fine. Only problem was getting a taxi back to the station. Had to wait a while

Pros:

The location is good, and the room had a view of Old Trafford. The hotel had a large bar area, and a nice selection of beers on tap. Staff were all very friendly. Parking at a discounted rate was a very reasonable price for the city.

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast food was poor. Air-con very loud.
