Wonderful Front Desk Service!
Pros:

My wife and I have stopped here a few times now on family visits and we thoroughly enjoy staying here each time. The rooms are clean, you are perfectly located to Media City and trams into Manchester. Parking is reasonable and the breakfast buffet is consistently good.
However, the warmth and friendliness of the front desk is fantastic. Special shout out to Ben, Roland and Sam who made us feel really welcome and obviously dedicated to making the guests feel.welcomed! What an asset these lads are to this hotel.
Love the bar area too, you can sit out on the waterfront and the sunset is excellent.
For the price, service, location and rooms, this hotel is unbeatable in Manchester.

The hotel and the room was clean. It was secure.

The room could have been better for family of four. It was way too small and congested. The break fast time should finish at 10:30

You get more than what you pay for based on the staff and the location!
Pros:

The staff were FAB!!! Very personable and helpful; best part of our stay! Couldn’t praise them more!!
Breakfast was good and the room was lovely; especially the view…so nice to wake up to in the sunshine!
