Really close to the theatre, some really nice views and the breakfast provided was good with a lot of choice. Bed was nicely made and quite comfortable, checking out staff really helpful. Àà
Staff not very helpful on checking in, I didn't feel especially welcomed felt rushed, the room was dusty in places and needed new net curtains and floor had two large what looked bleach stains . Really sad looking welcome tray .

The hotel room smelled really good when I slept there. People were lovely. Really nice location, although the trams were a bit further away. Breakfast was good.
Prices of the drinks there were very expensive.. it was cheaper to get a drink at the festival I went to. (I just drink soda). I also came back at 1 am that night and the workers acted as if I was being an inconvenience by ordering a soda....

Loved location and room was very clean. Massive king comfy bed. Air con was a plus. Parking in site was £12 with a code given at reception
Breakfast was chaotic but we did go down at a busy time. Staff tried to keep it replenished but was gone as soon as theyd done it meaning we were waiting for lots of items. Wasn't the best breakfast but it was free with the price of the hotel.
