The location was fabulous and it we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Great breakfast, clean and comfortable room, good bar food and drinks, free hot drinks available during the day. Brilliant location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the discounted car park price.

Cons:

Lovely shower but the step up to get into it was quite deep for me as I have mobility issues. Otherwise ok.

The location of the bar lounge area was unfortunately directly opposite from the entrance, so it was quite cool when people came in and went out of the building.

Little gem, waterside hotel
Pros:

Great location close to Salford Quays Metrolink tram stop, roughly 5-7 minute walk, left out front of hotel, then right at top of road. Waterside location. If okay with short walks many accessible places. Metrolink tram excellent. Room was clean with tea/coffee facilities, TV, iron/board, shower. Opening window. Air con/heating, desk etc. Room 410 outlook, water either side, some lower car parking, an outer view in distance of Manchester united?

Breakfast was great, a good choice of cereal, toast, hot cooked food, berries, yoghurt etc. A great addition was the pancake machine, press the button, select the amount and wait for your pancakes. Many toppings avaliable. Loved it.

I would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Ensure you sort out your room temperature via the air con/heating before going to bed as was a little noisy in the night when switched on to cool the room. Didn't realise until later room had an opening window. So able to open window and not use air con to cool the room.

For me personally I found the mattress soft, dippy. Whether it needs replacing?

In room 410 you are near to the lift and at times can hear movement.

Regardless, of above I would stay again at the hotel, just in a different room.

Staff are the best here. Ben and his team looked after us very well and surprised my son on his birthday with plenty of gifts.

Pros:

Great location, front desk staff Ben and Sam where welcoming upon our arrival. Great hot breakfast, good choices and the coffee maker worked perfectly.

Cons:

Parking can be an issue especially when paying for 10 day's. The weekend's is when the hotel really difficult to park. It's not cheap to park but it's better than the alternative.
