A warm place to sleep is about it
Pros:

Location, was on our way home back to Minnesota

Cons:

When we arrived at our room, my wife went to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called the front desk and they said I could change rooms. After 10 hours on the road I did not feel like packing up everything we just unpacked. She said I could come down and try a plunger. Trip to the desk at 11:30 at night. The plunger worked. I asked if I could get 11;30 pm (snowstorm) plumber wages. She laughed. I asked for the manager at check out the next day. She doesn't come in till 10 was the reply. And the front desk clerk was not very cordial. I asked for a phone call when she arrived. I got a voice mail the next day. As of today April 10th nothing has been done to compensate for the inconvenience.

Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

We had to lay an additional $25 dollar deposit when we arrived to the property that was not listed on our booking information.

Horrible experience, never had situation like this before. You guys can do better pay attention to staff..

They need to clean better this was my second time in this hotel. First time had an issue with bed, second time the room smelled dirty with greasy finger prints all over. Simply disgusting had to spray my cologne all over the room

Pros:

Multiple entrances making coming back to the hotel easy. The swimming pool. Breakfast was good. The bed was nice.

We had a happy stay
Pros:

The breakfast was good, we loved the variety. The room was quite spacious; we really loved having two TVs!

Cons:

We did not like that we could not get hot breakfast due to the oven breaking down.

Perfect for why I was in the area.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, I stayed at 3 HIExpresses in the last 2 months and I like the standard breakfast at all the stays.

Cons:

I didn’t like the face bowl being in the main room. It’s fine if you’re are alone but not with a family.
