Horrible experience, never had situation like this before. You guys can do better pay attention to staff..

They need to clean better this was my second time in this hotel. First time had an issue with bed, second time the room smelled dirty with greasy finger prints all over. Simply disgusting had to spray my cologne all over the room

Pros:

Multiple entrances making coming back to the hotel easy. The swimming pool. Breakfast was good. The bed was nice.

The pillows kinda suck. Wish there was a hot tub.

We had a happy stay
Pros:

The breakfast was good, we loved the variety. The room was quite spacious; we really loved having two TVs!

Cons:

We did not like that we could not get hot breakfast due to the oven breaking down.

Perfect for why I was in the area.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, I stayed at 3 HIExpresses in the last 2 months and I like the standard breakfast at all the stays.

Cons:

I didn’t like the face bowl being in the main room. It’s fine if you’re are alone but not with a family.

I should have spent more money and stayed in KC
Pros:

It was conveniently located by the freeway.

Cons:

There was hair and dirt in the bathroom which made it seem like the cleaners just did quick once over visually rather than actually cleaning. One of the towels also had random hair stuck in it. On the second day our toilet stopped flushing. We were able to refill the tank but it was an annoying thing to have to deal with.

There was bug bugs at that holiday inn! They should give then there money back! My uses his credit card! It’s on file! There was several rooms with bed bugs! There was cheerleading competition! So there was several rooms book at that motel from lots of schools! Not good reputation for holiday inn! Thanks
