Excellent value for money in very convenient location
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. The local was only a 5 minute walk from central station & 5 - 10 minutes from the heart of Newcastle. Our room was really quite on a night & very well equipped.

Good stay, good location
Pros:

Pleasant stay, really like the location being right on the outskirts of town. Close to all shops and bars/clubs.

Cons:

Not much to say but there was a few hairs upon arrival that I noticed in the bathroom sink and bathroom walls. Would be nice if the cleanliness and attention to detail was more focused on since seeing hairs are never nice.

Overall a good stay apart from the breakfast albeit it wasn’t expensive but I like mine fresh , hot and not reheated sau

Cons:

The breakfasts . Sausages and hash browns seems to have been reheated a few times . I found it hard to cut the sausages and the hash browns were very dry ! Bacon was greasy .

Poprosiłam w recepcji o pozostanie o 2h dłużej w pokoju (oczywiście jeśli było to możliwe) z powodu czasu podróży, personel zrobil co mogl i bez wahania pozwolił pozostać w pokoju bez żadnych dodatkowych opłat , personel wyrozumiały, śniadanie - jedznie świeże, pieczywo bardzo dobre, lokalizacja blisko centrum, jakieś 5 min od stacji pociągów, ok 10min od stadionu ,świetne miejsce

Was a Christmas present trip to the pantomime and will book again.
Pros:

Very central.
Great breakfast.
Comfortable, spacious room

Cons:

The only thing was trying to find it in the dark! Once found it was easy to recognise and so much nearer the station than we realised in the dark.
