Excellent location - a few minutes from Central Station, the main shopping area, St James stadium and the 'Life' science centre. Helpful, friendly staff - and a delicious breakfast included in the price. The hotel was clean and welcoming
Rather small and cramped family room with little space to move around. A feeble air-con /ventilation system and a badly-fitting window.

Very friendly staff. Great location as 10mins walk down to the quayside and 5mins from all the shops etc. The car park next door is fine and great value for money, 20hrs via the PaybyPhone app was less than £12!
