Very central
There was nothing we didn’t like
This is exceptional value for money we paid only £48 for bed and breakfast which was outstanding value, a short walk had us at all our favourite bars and the amazing Kozle restaurant 2 minute walk away. For the money you cannot complain the staff were all amazing and very upbeat. I have stayed at Gotham, Grey Street Hotel, Malmaison etc all outstanding hotels in Newcastle but lets keep it real this was £48 and my wife thinks one of the best nights sleeps she has ever had . Thanks for being epic on a price adjusted basis you are every bit as good as the top class hotels. As this was £48.......... you simply cannot go wrong!

Clean room, quiet enough
Ideal location for a one night stay, a quick walk from the train station.
Staff member who checked me in gave me a warm welcome.
Modern facilities and had everything I needed.
People at reception are friendly and try their best to solve any questions we had.
Location was super and not noisy at the same time.
Housekeeping was also good.
Breakfast was the same every day for 5 days.
No much fruits variety either.
I would have preferred more healthier breakfast options.
Fab stay as always. Staff are lovely and the rooms are comfortable and spacious, even with 4 of us sharing. And of course the breakfast is the main attraction :)
Well maintained property and positioned in the centre of the city. Enjoy accessibility to a lot of places in the city centre.
The food was predictable. There is always a need for variety in terms of food served.
The location was really good for the purpose of our visit to Newcastle. The central station was close by as was the city centre. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Price of bottle of Coke was a shock
Room was clean, check-in process was very easy, reception staff (Ryan) was very polite. The location of the Hotel is a feel walking mimnutes from the train station. The amenities of the room were simple but great. Breakfast was free and delicious.
The only complain I have was with the pillows, they were not as confortable I was expecting, but this detail did not ruin my stay.
Holiday inn express was an amazing experience and the price was spot on just like to thank one of the amazing staff members Ryan for such amazing service and welcoming such an kind helpful person you made me and my friends stay feel safe and happy and a place we made our memories together so thank you Ryan keep up the incredible work we’re be back soon.

sofa bed in room was not the best we have had, boys reported it being a bit uncomfortable.
