The hotel gave us everything we needed in a hotel stay - from the convenient location to the great self-service breakfast, but what made the stay exceptional was the super friendly and obliging staff.

Pillows way too hard for me but that’s personal preference and easily sorted
The location was very good. Easy walk into the city centre. The room was good, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. For breakfast there was an excellent choice of hot and cold food.
Some of the hot food could have been a bit hotter. There is a microwave to use but didn't really want my food re heated.
