Great value for money would definitely stay again and recommend
Pros:

Very clean , comfortable bathroom lovely and Dove soap supplied staff were extremely friendly especially the two Micheals. We had our teacup yorkie with us and she was made very welcome. The breakfast was excellent.

Fantastic hotel central Newcastle
Pros:

Members of staff Mickey was stand out exceptional. Truly an asset to any company. Very professional and friendly, couldn’t have done more for us. Other hotels could learn a lot from him.

Gostei do atendimento dos funcionários,foram muito prestativo deste o momento que chegamos ate a hora que fomos embora
Quando chegamos ainda não era a nossa hora de entrarmos no quarto mais a senhora muito simpática deixo-nos entrar sem nenhum custo adicional
O rapaz que estava de noite na recepção deu-nos dicas super importantes
O atendimento dos funcionários foi nota 10 de 10 com certeza voltaria por isso

O que não gostei foi a cama estava muito mal feita,os lençóis eram muito pequeno para o tamanho da cama parecia uma cama que ja tinham usado mais nos tinhamos acabado de chegar nem tínhamos usado elas ainda,também não gostei da comida do pequeno almoço as salsichas e fiambre estavam secos demais

Cons:

Breakfast!!! What supposedly well organised hotel runs out of eggs half way through breakfast??? Eggs are a major part of the wonderful English breakfast and without them breakfast is nothing. I rest my case.
