Great staff all went the extra mile to make our stay good

They have to change bed sheet every clean time
Food was fair, as expected from a basic hotel, no complaints there. It was a relatively quiet location although it was in a city center. Staff were amazingly polite and helpful.
We found the beds and the pillows were not comfortable and struggled to sleep due to it. We had a family room where there were two beds. If a cor was needed we would have really struggled for spacing.
Location, clean
Room 307 was far too small for three people and had a stale sweat smell that made the stay uncomfortable from the start.
Reading lights didn’t work, the desk chair was filthy, and there wasn’t even space to use it properly.
The air con was noisy, and the overhead shower was faulty, so we had to use the handheld instead.
Breakfast was limited, with fewer choices than Premier Inn, and the coffee tasted unpleasant.
Overall: not worth the extra cost — Premier Inn is a better bet.

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff.
A minor point really but I think the breakfast seating area could have been more effectively designed and laid out.
Very comfortable room. Staff were very helpful, professional and courteous I had an issue with a window handle, and it was fixed during the day while I was out. Great central location, 2 mins from the station, 5 mins from City Centre. Perfect for visiting family.
Nothing
The staff were excellent in particular the reception staff Bobby and Callum who were fantastic. Our fog was welcomed as much as us.
It wasn’t in the best area not dreadful but not the best.

One lift was out of order so it took a long time to get up and downstairs with luggage. We were at the top of the hotel so it was fine to walk down when you didn’t have bags, but there was often quite a queue to get up.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean & tidy and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and at a decent time.
The only thing that would have improved my stay was if they had a restaurant.
