The staff team are always friendly here and remembered us. They were so compassionate to me after losing my dad on the evening we checked in. It is always exceptionally clean, comfortable and breakfast is included in the price, which is very nice with lots of choice.

Great value for money, clean, comfortable and modern rooms with aircon, free breakfast and free parking as well. Can't fault it.
Generally, every aspect is very good. Just one negative, see below.
My daughter had a separate room for her, her partner and their two children 4 & 2. Their room had a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a poor substitute for a standard bed. It was used by the children but I laid on it and found it it to be most uncomfortable. Also, my daughter requested child bed guards but the hotel doesn’t provide.
The staff were so accommodating and welcoming, had all the facilities you could need and the air con in this heat wave was amazing, made me not want to leave my room. Everywhere was clean.
Just two little minor things there was no fridge in the room and breakfast & dinner didn’t have any halal options, so had to stick to vegetarian.
The room was excellent. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent too.
The only issue was the air conditioning in the breakfast area was too cold which made it very uncomfortable. I expect this was because of the exceptional hot weather at the time, but it did not need to be as cold.
