Perfectly met our needs
Pros:

Hard to judge because our stay was literally overnight. Room was well designed and functional. Breakfast was good. Didn’t use any other hotel facilities.

Lovely modern, quiet, clean hotel with plenty of free parking.

Modern hotel and our room was clean, tidy and spacious. The hotel was located in a quiet area with plenty of free parking.

Cons:

The breakfast was really good and there was plenty of it so well done. My only disappointment was the orange juice at breakfast. I think you need to check with your supplier because it appeared to have been watered down. I was almost like orange squash made with too much water. I am surprised your staff did not realise because it looked watered down too. This didn’t spoil our stay though but I thought I should draw the issue to your attention.

Highly Recommend. Wonderful staff and breakfast. Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Very conveniently situated for M4 and Newport Centre. Excellent free parking. Our room had a firm, but comfortable Double bed and a sofa bed. The shower room was ingenious, because the door from the bedroom could either be shut or swung round to separate the toilet from the shower and sink areas. Very useful if there are two people sharing. Everything was spotless. We would like to thank ALL the Saff for being so accommodating, cheerful and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much for them. We look forward to returning next year.

Shanty festival weekend .
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms , very good breakfast and evening meal , good location with easy access to the M4

Cons:

Only thing that stopped me giving a ten was the lighting in the room , other than that our stay was faultless .
