War in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Zimmer hatten alles was man benötigte, gemütliche Matratzen, Dusche geräumig, schöner Schreibtisch, ausreichend Steckdosen, funktionierender Wasserkocher, Personal teilweise etwas lethargisch (besonders beim Frühstück), aber Owen ist herausgestochen und war wirklich sehr hilfreich, freundlich, pro-Aktiv und zuvorkommend. Nebenan befindet sich außerdem das "Dragonfly" - ein sehr guter gemütlicher Pub mit wunderbarem Essen. Und man muss noch sagen, dass wir eigentlich eine Stunde zu früh angereist waren, wir aber trotzdem schon in die Zimmer konnten. Großer Pluspunkt dafür.

Cons:

Der Service beim Frühstück. Wir waren dort mit 3 blinden Personen, niemand hat geholfen, um beim Buffet zu helfen oder zu sagen, was dort ist. Für alleinreisende Blinde schwierig. Auch weitere Sehbehinderte Einheimische die dort untergebracht waren (wir waren alle auf einem Sportturnier) hatten dasselbe Problem. Sie mussten erst mehrmalig nachfragen, um gesagt zu bekommen, was dort ist.

We had our dog and grandson with us, the staff were very attentive and the opportunity to have gluten-free pizzas and breakfast options was appreciated by my wife

Cons:

the lack of dining tables in the lounge area because dogs are not allowed in the restaurant section made eating relatively uncomfortable
