Amazing Reception team and Shuttle Staff…
Pros:

The property is somewhat off the main area/road but the hotel makes up for that with its free shuttle service; not only to and from the airport but also to malls and shopping areas.
From the time I arrived the staff was willing to go above and better, and always with a smile on their faces.

The staff at reception made my stay memorable and I will definitely recommend.

The breakfast which was included was also good, not a huge selection but perfect for me.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was, my room was on the ground floor and about two doors down it seem like construction was being carried out, it never disturbed me however and my room was also opposite a service area; so at times you may hear staff speaking outside my door.

Very comfortable . Excellent helpful customer service , friendly staff . I will stay again.
Pros:

The stay was comfortable and accommodating. Very nice well kept property / hotel. Rooms are well kept . I’m actually excited that the area is up and coming with the construction going on. I will stay again.

Cons:

Just a small issue. The fabric of the towels were a bit stiff/rough in texture and outdated , some wear and tear .

I would stay again and would recommend to others
Pros:

-clean
- staff was excellent!
- room was spacious and bed/pillows/sheets very comfortable
- the shuttle service was great
-the food was varied enough and it was fantastic- especially the coconut bake

Pros:

The hospitality and friendly of the staffs it was a wonderful stay.
They was prompted to pick you up from the airport and take you back.

Excellent Staff! Excellent location! Excellent food! The 24-hour coffee was a lifesaver!
Pros:

The mix of the local foods with the continental breakfast was excellent!! The shuttle service was one of the biggest pluses with our decision for location.

Cons:

Nothing really. The place was great!

Pros:

Close proximity to the airport and very comfortable large bed and lovely shower with great toiletries

Cons:

Tv stations were awful. We went to breakfast at 9.40 and the staff were already clearing and some food (bacon) was no longer available even though breakfast was being served until 10.00.

Pros:

The check-in and customer service staff were very friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was an iron and ironing board in the room. Breakfast had different food each morning. Check-out was fast and easy, and the airport shuttle driver was excellent. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Cons:

This is not a complaint, just a few suggestions for convenience: it would be nice to have light switches near the bed to turn off the hallway and bathroom lights, a magnifying mirror in the room, and an easy way to connect personal devices to the TV to stream content.
