The hospitality and friendly of the staffs it was a wonderful stay.
They was prompted to pick you up from the airport and take you back.

Excellent Staff! Excellent location! Excellent food! The 24-hour coffee was a lifesaver!
Pros:

The mix of the local foods with the continental breakfast was excellent!! The shuttle service was one of the biggest pluses with our decision for location.

Close proximity to the airport and very comfortable large bed and lovely shower with great toiletries

Cons:

Tv stations were awful. We went to breakfast at 9.40 and the staff were already clearing and some food (bacon) was no longer available even though breakfast was being served until 10.00.

Pros:

The check-in and customer service staff were very friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was an iron and ironing board in the room. Breakfast had different food each morning. Check-out was fast and easy, and the airport shuttle driver was excellent. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Cons:

This is not a complaint, just a few suggestions for convenience: it would be nice to have light switches near the bed to turn off the hallway and bathroom lights, a magnifying mirror in the room, and an easy way to connect personal devices to the TV to stream content.

La cercanía con el aeropuerto

Cons:

El hotel no cuenta con restaurante y el desayuno es deficiente y muy limitado. No guarda relación precio/ servicio. La Piscina es muy pequeña. Y el trato del personal frio y distante, con excepción de Gi Gi, una colaboradora que se sale del monton y presenta siempre un trato cordial amable y se preocupa por el huesped. De verdad destaco su trabajo y la manera de llevarlo a cabo. Fue la nota alta de mi estadía.
