Basic, for Business Travelers only
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

This hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. Despite advertising itself as being close to the airport, it is not particularly convenient and requires more travel time than expected.

The property feels like a basic U.S. Holiday Inn from the 1980s, with very limited amenities and little effort to provide a modern guest experience. There is no restaurant, no bar, and very few facilities available on site. Overall, the hotel offers only the bare essentials, making its high rates difficult to justify.

A comfortable experience in friendly environment.
Pros:

This hotel was one of the best. Staff were so helpful and friendly, I was very impressed. Would definitely stay here again. The service staff were pleasant and attentive. Room was clean and smelled clean too. They serve a complimentary breakfast and that was always good with variety, and healthy options. Their free shuttle service to and from the mall, and the airport was a great added amenity.

Cons:

The wifi was not so great.

Good Place to Stay - but very expensive!
Pros:

The location is great for the airport and access into Port of Spain. The staff were very helpful and provided details of restaurants that do take-away (as their is no on site restaurant). The rooms were very typical of chain hotel rooms and comfy. The breakfast was better than expected with a reasonable variety of hot and cold foods.

Cons:

The price was very high for a middle of the road hotel.

Great hotel for a purposeful trip. Great ambience

Comfy Rooms but very expensive
Pros:

The rooms were very comfy and the staff very helpful. They do not have a restaurant but they have shuttles to the local mall (which has several restaurants/take away places) and a list of places that will deliver.
The breakfast was reasonable with some hot items available along with yoghurt, fruit, cereal etc.

Cons:

The hotel was very expensive and for some reason twin rooms were significantly more money than king rooms, even though the rooms are the same size with the same facilities. Also you have to pay 10% service charge and 10%tax which is not always initially shown on pricing.
The pool is small and look out onto the main road, so not very desirable.
