Pros:

The check-in and customer service staff were very friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was an iron and ironing board in the room. Breakfast had different food each morning. Check-out was fast and easy, and the airport shuttle driver was excellent. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Cons:

This is not a complaint, just a few suggestions for convenience: it would be nice to have light switches near the bed to turn off the hallway and bathroom lights, a magnifying mirror in the room, and an easy way to connect personal devices to the TV to stream content.

La cercanía con el aeropuerto

Cons:

El hotel no cuenta con restaurante y el desayuno es deficiente y muy limitado. No guarda relación precio/ servicio. La Piscina es muy pequeña. Y el trato del personal frio y distante, con excepción de Gi Gi, una colaboradora que se sale del monton y presenta siempre un trato cordial amable y se preocupa por el huesped. De verdad destaco su trabajo y la manera de llevarlo a cabo. Fue la nota alta de mi estadía.

All in all my experience was very good as usual
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, enjoyed it fully. Airport Shuttle was pretty good. had a little wait at the airport which was understandable with the traffic. Driver was friendly :)

Cons:

Paid in Canadian currency but received my changed in TTD, I think they should have given the change in the said currency you're paying since they are accepting such.

Ok Hotel, 3 stars
Pros:

The hotel shuttle was convenient. Hotel was always clean.

Cons:

The beds in our suite were hard and uncomfortable. The plate on the door lock kept falling off making us feel unsafe. The breakfast was terrible.
