Pros:

Stayed for one week in the king suite, enjoyed the room, the staff was helpful and friendly, location was good. Loved the morning breakfast, the fitness center and pool.

Always room for improvement @ trincity as compared to holiday inn abroad.
Pros:

Room was excellent and comfy, however when i entered washroom some toiletries were missing . Same was replaced after I called.
Secondly there were internet issues with my name and room #. I had to physically go downstairs for front desk to issue another password 😑. Thirdly, scrambled eggs could've been more fluffy and light.
There should be a wider variety of complementary breakfast. Front desk staff 10/10.

Sehr geignet als Stop over Hotel bei einem Aufenthalt in Port of Spain für eine Nacht. Flughafen Shuttle ist super und speditiv

Stay was enjoyable because of the staff, the location was also great. Disappointed that the shuttle does not go to East

Cons:

The hotel needs a facelift, for a three star hotel, it is overpriced. I can stay in Central London in a 3 star hotel for the same price .

Cons:

This hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. Despite advertising itself as being close to the airport, it is not particularly convenient and requires more travel time than expected.

The property feels like a basic U.S. Holiday Inn from the 1980s, with very limited amenities and little effort to provide a modern guest experience. There is no restaurant, no bar, and very few facilities available on site. Overall, the hotel offers only the bare essentials, making its high rates difficult to justify.

A comfortable experience in friendly environment.
Pros:

This hotel was one of the best. Staff were so helpful and friendly, I was very impressed. Would definitely stay here again. The service staff were pleasant and attentive. Room was clean and smelled clean too. They serve a complimentary breakfast and that was always good with variety, and healthy options. Their free shuttle service to and from the mall, and the airport was a great added amenity.

Cons:

The wifi was not so great.
