Excellent stay with great breakfast, top rooms and friendly personnel
Pros:

I was in the hotel for 1 night, travelling to St. Lucia. I arrived much ahead of check in time early in the morning and the personnel did their utmost to facilitate an early check-in which we much appreciated. The hotel offered as a breakfast and we were glad with that. There is a shuttle bus to bring guest to the airport and to other places like malls. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The bed and the bathroom are excellent. Breakfast was great with a variety of choices. There is a coffee maker in the room. There is a mall in walking distance of the hotel. The airport is at 5 minutes from the hotel.

It was a very good experience, I would definitely use the service again and recommend HI/E
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, taste was great, options in protein choice was good, the juices, carbs, fruits, etc was good.

Cons:

More fruit option would have been good. It was not stated from the booking that a 24 hour shuttle was available.

L'accueil le service et le personnel à l'ecoute et souriant.
Le petit-dejeuner impeccable, découvertes de Spécialités. Proche de centre commerciaux et la navette gratuite pour l'aéroport et le centre commercial

Cons:

L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport c'est bien mais pour visiter est assez éloigné des choses, il faut absolument un véhicule pour se déplacer ou taxi. Mais il n'y a pas grand chose autour pour bien visiter l'île car se trouve dans une zone industrielle (centres commerciaux proches).
Et pas de restaurant proposé dans l'établissement donc le soir pour manger c'était un peu compliqué beaucoup de fast-food durant notre séjour

Great value for money
Pros:

The location was great. Close to the airport. Complementary shuttle to the mall and airport. Drivers were courteous and ready to go. Breakfast was great and a variety each day. Loved the local touch. Reception staff were always helpful and pleasant to interact with any questions. Overall a great stay.

I would stay here again
Pros:

The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed and pillows and great linens. Good breakfast with oatmeal, waffles, bagels, juices, bananas/apples/watermelon, and great coffee. Breakfast is from 6am-9am only. The free airport shuttle was very convenient and on-demand with a GREAT driver, so I loved that. A short walk away are KFC, Burger King, Pizza place and others in what looks to be a new shopping area. The room comes w Keurig machine and 2 complimentary small bottles of water. The pool looked great but I didn’t use it.

Cons:

Unfortunately the iron in the room ruined my business pants as it was an older iron :-(. The room smelled like ozone. It’s good that they have an ozone machine, but the smell was way too strong, at least the first day, so they may had left it on longer than normal accidentally.

Good location
Pros:

Excellent location for a quick stopover on our way to Tobago. Good shuttle service.

Cons:

Expensive for what you get. Breakfast could be better. And please have a water filter instead of all those tiny plastic water bottles!

Great Stay & excellent value for money
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, friendly & professional. Felt I had made a good choice by booking at the hotel.
It was great that the shuttle was available and could pick me up from the airport
