Cons:

Banging on the door at 11:08am by staff asking me to leave when I had asked for late check out. I was told at reception the day before 13:00 was not possible since it was fully booked the next day but 12:00 would be fine. When I pulled my card out for payment I was told ‘it’s ok, you will be fine for 12:00’ but apparently this was not put forward to the staff the next day. When I’ve booked a hotel because I work late, I do not expect to be woken up by staff banging and shouting through the door because your other staff do not pass information on. This experience will definitely make me rethink about booking a days inn again.
