Fantastic customer service from Sharon. My son had a family emergency and had to leave without his stuff in the early hours of this morning. When I phoned Sharon to gather his stuff and provide to a courier to deliver to Scotland nothing was too much hassle for her, she even went out of her way to phone me to tell me the courier had collected my sons stuff and she had them sign for it. Absolutely above and beyond for customers. His stay was also really good and the gentleman on the desk on monday night also assisted me with someone knocking on his door in the early hours and freaking him out. Fantastic team!
Great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful they made be feel safe which is important as a lone female traveller. Rooms were very clean. Comfortable bed and fabulous shower.
Easy access off motorway. Car park a short walk from reception. Room as expected with everything you need
