A very unpleasant stay.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast area with a fireplace was very cozy.

Cons:

The first room we were given was a heavy smoker's room. They moved us to another room, but when we were about to go to bed, the room was infested with hundreds of ANTS. They were in the bed and all over the side table. So, they put us in a third room, and it was fine. Nevertheless, we were quite upset and told the management about it. They need some major pest control there. We won't be returning anytime soon.

A night up north
Pros:

Location and price is very reasonable.

Cons:

It’s a bit outdated but once again it is priced accordingly. So it’s nice to have an option that is not real expensive when you only need one night. A group of friends went to TC to go out for St Pattys day and so we all got rooms here.

Pros:

They had good coffee in rooms and the room was clean

Cons:

The front desk lady made me feel like I was a inconvenience to her. He seemed like she was pissed I walked into the front lobby to check in!

I would not stay here.
Cons:

I figured that since this was now part of the Wyndam Family that this HO-JO was going to be decent. Our room was stuck in the 70's with a jacuzzi bathtub in the main area of the room. Our room was on the 2nd flood with no elevators. Room had a distinct scent to it (not sure what it was). Upon check in, the clerk was NOT pleasant. Went to our room on the 2nd floor and checked out the room - one of the bathroom samples was used, recapped and placed back on the counter (they provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, gel soap, etc). Had black flies coming up the shower drain and little black bugs running around on the bathroom floor. I laid out towels all over the floor just so I wouldn't step on them. It was gross.

The floor was very dirty my medium Grey socks were black i got bit about 7 time i don't know if it was mosquitoes or bed bugs staff every three days when they change the sheets
