Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

Air conditioner was not blowing out cold air and would only go on low speed. Maintenance guy said, "Yeah, they are all old." Well then replace them if you know!!! Ants in the bathroom. Fridge didn't get cold, so the food we brought had to be kept on ice. Front desk was nice, but indifferent to any problem.

Ants in Our Room
Pros:

The breakfast was okay and the check-in associate was friendly. The location was good for our purposes.

Cons:

The facility is getting old and showing its' age. The faucet in the room would spray outside the sink when turning the water on with much pressure. The room was not clean. Stains were on the carpet and bedding. Food particles were along the carpet/wall, so the room is not being vacuumed properly. Our room had an ant infestation, so we did not stay our second night. The staff did not seem surprised about the ants and was not interested in helping us get another room. We need a refund for our second night. We ended up going home early due to the ants and room availability and inability to sleep (because of the ants). This was probably the most disappointing hotel stay that I have ever had. I am waiting to hear from Booking.com about getting my card refunded.

Cons:

Al llegar me avisaron que estaban overbooked y la solución fue enviarme a otro hotel de menor calidad. Sin pedir si quiera disculpas y sin avisarlo antes. Cuando dije que yo tenia la confirmación de booking la respuesta fue: “no controlo el sistema”. Me dieron una habitación en otro hotel, que debe ser del grupo, sin cambiar el precio y sin avisar nada. Muy mala atención y frustrante. Además de todo lo anterior estaba bastante sucio.

Pros:

Staff was nice, but the room smelled of musty old man i had freeze in my had spray curtains and carpet when we got back to the room it smelled way better. I found little black bugs in bathroom I called front deck but nobody came to bring bug spray. But other then that the room was nice.

Cons:

Could clean a little better spray room with fabreze shampoo the carpets and don't allow dogs or pets of any kind

Great staff and I did notify them of the problem. Hope house keeping does better
Pros:

Very accommodating to my request. I needed Early check in and bottom floor.
We were assigned a upper floor but they happily switched to a more accessible room.

Cons:

There were ants in the bathroom area. Cobb webs in the corners of the main room with bugs trapped in it. There was a stire stick and sugar packets under the bed.
