Pros:

Clean and nice

Cons:

No hygiene bottles filled in shower, empty. Curtains didn't completely block out the light from outside, would not close completely

Pros:

They had good coffee in rooms and the room was clean

Cons:

The front desk lady made me feel like I was a inconvenience to her. He seemed like she was pissed I walked into the front lobby to check in!

For the price, the breakfast bar could have been better.

The mattress was uncomfortable. It sunk in the middle. Need more lighting in the bathroom

I booked this room as an overnight stay to break up a long drive. It was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was efficient and quiet. Breakfast was a well organized basic free continental. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Room itself was fine. It was just a loud enviroment.
Pros:

It was a good location. The room was clean. The room was pretty large.

Cons:

It seemed really loud. The walls diddnt have much sound insullation. our last night someone's car alarm kept going off from 2-7. it was just constant noise. This alone would keep me from rebooking there again.

I would not stay here.
Cons:

I figured that since this was now part of the Wyndam Family that this HO-JO was going to be decent. Our room was stuck in the 70's with a jacuzzi bathtub in the main area of the room. Our room was on the 2nd flood with no elevators. Room had a distinct scent to it (not sure what it was). Upon check in, the clerk was NOT pleasant. Went to our room on the 2nd floor and checked out the room - one of the bathroom samples was used, recapped and placed back on the counter (they provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, gel soap, etc). Had black flies coming up the shower drain and little black bugs running around on the bathroom floor. I laid out towels all over the floor just so I wouldn't step on them. It was gross.

It was ok but will not book again when we vacation there again.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and water was hot. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Asked several times for a missing coffee pot and never got one. Ice machine close to our room was not working. Jacuzzi blew out something black. Carpet was sticky had to wear sandals. Outdated room for price. Air conditioner had a lot of dirt and dust blowing from vent and was noisy when on. Short staffed so we had to ask for extra towels and they didn’t have any extra wash cloths.
