Pros:

Almost quite comfortable, and clean. Nice & Cool.
Included breakfast was ample. Free coffee maker in the room with several selections. Quaint

I guess you get what you pay for, but it should be clean and functional, this was not.

Normally, it’s close to where I need to go and reasonably priced

Cons:

The shower diverter was missing. Someone had stolen it so I could not take a shower. Dirty towels were hanging on the back of the door so housekeeping didn’t really take care of it and thirdly. There were flies all over the place dead and alive in the bathroom in the window and in the bed unfortunately I got the last room at the end of the night and the staff really didn’t want to even bother assisting

Overall, nice but we'll bring our own breakfast or eat out.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and it's nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room

Cons:

The breakfast could have offered more. They ran out of milk 20 mins prior to the end and we weren't able to get more for cereal.

Pros:

I was in a domestic abuse situation and I was looking for safety for a few days. My key was stolen by my abuser. I called the staff to let them know. They assured me my keys were locked and I needed to stop at the front desk to get new ones. I show up and my ex is in ny room thet they stated would be locked and he stole all if my belongings. Terrible feeling and to top it off I had to pay fot this reservation and to stay somewhere else. Very very poor management

The room had spider webs on the ceiling and ceiling seams was showing the bathroom floor was standing in water and shower curtain rod was coming out the wall at one end and no one cleaned room for my 2 nd night stay

It was conveniently located

Cons:

Lots of construction going on. No rugs on the floors. Room had an odor when you first walk in. Toilet sits low and the seat was loose so I almost fell off.

Meh. It was a place to sleep so we didn’t fall asleep at the wheel.
Pros:

The location was pretty good in terms of getting back on the interstate, but it was hard to get to initially.

Cons:

We had a “non smoking” room that still managed to smell like cigarettes.

Clean, basic. Served our purpose for a single night stopover.
Pros:

Very basic but clean and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

I booked this room because it said it sleeps 5 but it doesn’t have space for a 5th person unless it’s a small child in bed with 2 other people. Definitely not a teenager. They supposedly have rollaway beds but there is no space to put it.

Pros:

Everything except shower drain clogged flooded the entire room and everything thing on the floor

Cons:

No body to fix problem except to move us to another room no help. Should be some financial consideration

The front desk staff were not very personable and not very attentive to people standing there either waiting for coming/going or answering questions. The coffee at the breakfast was empty a lot and they had to be told they needed more coffee many times.
