Seulement la proximité avec mon lieu de travail et le studio de très bon volume

L’hôtel ne veut pas voir passer les clients dans son entrée principale, ils ont mis au point une entrée de nuit qui est empruntée toute la journée, cette entrée est doté d’une porte métallique lourde qui n’a pas de frein et qui claque comme une déflagration à chaque passage, que ce soit pour sortir et pour entrée, vue l’activité hôtelière je vous laisse imaginer le nombre de passage quotidien, et donc ma chambre étant à proximité j’ai passé un séjour exécrable sans jamais vraiment me reposer ni me relaxer. l’hôtel n’étant pas récents non plus, comment cela se fait-il que le problème ne soit pas résolu? Pourquoi contraindre les clients à emprunter cette accès toute la journée alors qu’elle est dédié aux entrées tardives? Bref à fuir, à fuir, à fuir….

Rien.

Cons:

Premièrement, le personnel. Une femme d’un âge avancé à la réception. Elle était très hautaine et désagréable. Dans la limite de l’insolence.
Ensuite le petit déjeuner à 12,90€ qui ne les vaut pas du tout, digne d’un petit formule1 tout au plus.
Pour finir, il faisait froid dans l’appartement et le nuit du 20/01/2026 l’électricité a été coupé dans tout le bâtiment pour travaux et aucun geste commercial à ce sujet alors qu’il faisait vraiment froid.

Ottima soluzione per un weekend con bambini

Posizione ottimale, vicino alla svizzera. Ampio posteggio esterno gratuito, molto comoda l'entrata di notte per chi arriva oltre l'orario di chiusura della reception.
L'appartamento era grande e confortevole, con tutti i servizio necessari per un soggiorno. Abbiamo viaggiato con bambini piccoli e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Alcuni piccoli aspetti legati alla pulizia, segnalati alla direzione e subito sistemati.

Degueulasse : la literie sent la pisse à plein nez, le ménage n’avait pas été fait avant notre arrivée. Une honte.
Le ménage est fait de manière absolument inacceptable, les coins sont pleins de poussière, il doit y avoir vaguement un coup d’aspirateur passé. Les salles de bains puent, on nous donne du désodorisant pour faire la blague… mais on est où là ??
Le wifi ne marche pas dans le salon malgré nos multiples demandes….
La direction totalement absente n’est jamais la quand il y a un problème.
Bref cet endroit est à la limite de l’insalubrité, aucune écoute pour prendre sérieusement en mains les problèmes malgré un personnel qui essaie.
Horrible !!!
