I did not feel like this hotel should be a Hilton Hotel.
Pros:

Location was convenient only because it was close to the airport. The young man that checked me into the hotel, Marcus, was very nice and very helpful. He answered my questions and my concerns.
The room was clean as well:)

Cons:

The wifi was very spotty. The signal was not strong at all:( The bed was very hard, not comfortable. The lighting in the hotel inside and outside was not good at all. I did not feel safe.

Outstanding service. Hope I get to stay there again

Nicely decorated. Hot breakfast was great
Most importantly, the staff was truly exceptional. From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the pleasantly cheerful lady a breakfast, to the gentleman who insisted on helping me with my cart.

Cons:

Sitting right under the morning departures. Couldn’t him them inside, but outside was a little nerve racking

The facilities were very clean. Staff was professional and greeted guest in a friendly manner.
Pros:

Food was hot and the quality was good as well. Serving and breakfast was exceptionally clean. The attendant was nice and friendly.

Pros:

I’ve always stayed at the property every time I come in to Little Rock for my hotel space but this time when I turned on the lights roaches went crawling everywhere and I had that experience with another Holiday Inn in Little Rock. That’s the reason I switched to your hotel and now you have the roaches everywhere.

Cons:

When I stay at a hotel, I expect it to be nice and clean and no bugs or roaches crawling everywhere

Pros:

Close to downtown. Hotel was clean

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed. My room was attached to the maintenance area and there was loud machinery being used at 7 in the morning. Missing latch lock to room next door. Didn't feel secure.
