It was close to the airport

Food was hot and the quality was good as well. Serving and breakfast was exceptionally clean. The attendant was nice and friendly.

I’ve always stayed at the property every time I come in to Little Rock for my hotel space but this time when I turned on the lights roaches went crawling everywhere and I had that experience with another Holiday Inn in Little Rock. That’s the reason I switched to your hotel and now you have the roaches everywhere.
When I stay at a hotel, I expect it to be nice and clean and no bugs or roaches crawling everywhere

Uncomfortable bed. My room was attached to the maintenance area and there was loud machinery being used at 7 in the morning. Missing latch lock to room next door. Didn't feel secure.

The employees attitude is really poor
Just minutes from the airport. Easy access to I-440 and other primary roads. Some reviews said it wasn't as clean and well kept as they expected, but my room was superb. Clean, modern, everything worked, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. The only thing that needed work was the parking lot, a few potholes.
Price is way less than the newer hotels in the vicinity of the airport. I've paid more for lesser accommodations that were miles from the airport. This is a real bargain.
I had an early flight, so I couldn't try the breakfast. But I'm guessing it was up to the standards you expect at HI Express.
Honestly, there wasn't a single negative. What's not to like about a clean, comfortable room perfectly located for a traveler?

First time I’ve been in a holiday inn that I don’t like, dirty, small rooms, nasty breakfast, milk was bad, eggs overcooked, not a good variety like they have at their other Holiday inn locations.
Breakfast was average at best
Seemed low quality eggs , meat and biscuits!
The room thermostat was not user friendly and seemed total unresponsive , room was cold!'
The heat didn't work and nobody did anything about it
Been a regular in this hotel, and the main reason is because it's location from the Airport, just 2 to 3mins drive.
They didn't provide the invoice needed, even though it was already requested upright during the booking process
Room was nice.
Pool was down. If we would have known the indoor pool was under maintenance we would have chose a different hotel. Air in the room barely blew and turned off half way thru the night so we woke up sweating. Half the food at the breakfast was stale and the lady that was taking care of the breakfast area was extremely rude.
I booked an airport shuttle for two people (USD 16). After arrival at the airport, the driver asked me to pay her directly, so I paid USD 20 in cash (USD 16 fee + USD 4 tip).
However, I later saw that the hotel also charged my Visa card USD 16 for the same shuttle service. This appears to be a duplicate charge.
Could you please check with the driver and arrange a refund of the USD 16 charged to my card?
