Pros:

l'hôtel est très proche de la gare, nous avions une chambre assez spacieuse, le ménage était fait tous les jours

Cons:

Quand nous sommes arrivés pour le check-in nous étions content de voir qu'il y avait du personnel pour pouvoir procéder à celui-ci, mais plutôt que de nous aider dans la procédure, ils nous ont tout de suite rediriger sur les bornes pour s'enregistrer seuls.

Good option in Nagano
Pros:

Comfortable room with a view, good coin-operated laundry service and good location near the train station. Breakfast isn't cheap, but it's high quality and very good. We also sent our luggage from another hotel via courier; we notified the hotel and they received our luggage kindly.

Cons:

Everything was fine.

Pros:

We had a massage chair in the room which was great after a long day on your feet. The bath soaking powder was awesome, the nightly sake tasting was fun and the location was perfect

長野駅に近く、便利です。日本酒の試飲があり、お土産の参考になり、すごくよかったです。
試飲したお酒がホテルで購入できると、より最強になると思いました。
ホテルの隣にある居酒屋？定食屋さん？のお弁当は種類も豊富で美味しかったです。

ロビーで必要なアメニティを持っていけるのと、そこにウェルカムスイーツがあって嬉しかった。
グレードによるようだが、私の部屋にはシャワーとドライヤーがリファだったのが良かった。

ベッドがシモンズ、ドライヤーがリファまでは、他のホテルにもありますが、部屋の中にマッサージチェアがあるなんて！最高です👍

Cons:

ホテル裏にある駐車場🅿️が満車で、案内された提携駐車場が少し遠かったのが残念でした。
