楽しくて思い出に残った。
Pros:

子どもたちは新幹線が見られて良かった。駅に近くて良かった。スタッフが親切で優しかった。

Cons:

U-NEXTやhuluなどの動画が見られなかったのが残念だった。見られないなら見られませんの表示がほしかった。見たい時の説明がほしい。
コーヒーメーカーの使い方がよくわからなかった。
説明書がどこかにあるなら、わかりやすい場所にあってほしかった。

Pros:

We enjoy the cake and coffee that is complimentary during our stay, it was a nice gesture and is very tasty. There was also sake tasting promotion that was a surprise and one get to enjoy 4 different type of sake
