Too bad, the mattress was a back killer
Cons:

Big problem with the mattress-too soft, prefer a much firmer mattress. This should be an option; otherwise may consider a different hotel that has this option

Pros:

Location is very good, right across Canadian Tire if you need to pick up sfuff, lots restaurants within the area. Nice and quiet with ample parking. Very comfortable beds

Just a place to stay nothing special.
Pros:

Told wrong hours for breakfast so missed it.( it wasn't only me)

Cons:

The rooms are showing wear. Not enough disabled parking, and parking poor especially for late arrival.

Mediocre , tired hotel that needs a refresh. Very poor value
Pros:

Parking is very good.

Cons:

It’s a very tired hotel that is in need of refresh. Black mold in the shower, loovers on AC/heating unit were completely broken off, black out curtains had big tears in them. Breakfast buffet was not appetizing. Food was highly processed and typical of corporate chain hotel breakfasts.

Pros:

Prima Hotel. Jammer dat er geen raam open kan. Locatie ligt afgesloten van de omgeving als je een stukje wilt wandelen. Toch een smal paadje gevonden om in de wijk achter het hotel te komen en naar een park op ca 15 20 minuten afstand te lopen. Wel een aardig restaurant vlak naast het hotel op loopafstand sloppie Joe

Pros:

Breakfast was OK. Location was terrible. No pedestrian access to surrounding area. Forced to get in the car just to cross the street.

Cons:

Bathroom very outdated. Hallways very cold. One elevator out of two was out of service. A neglected property.

Very convenient location, and I would have no problem staying here again.
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years. The hotel is very convenient to driving, with not needing to drive through the city off the highway. There is ample parking for anyhone towing a trailer. This room was much better than a room we had just a week previous. We found an issue with the table about to fall apart due to missing bolts securring the legs. When it was reported to the front desk, they had a maintenance person come to the room within 10 minutes to tighten all the bolts. This was fast service.
The provided hot breakfast was as expected, and slightly different than when we stayed at this hotel just a week before.
Staff were very friendly and we felt welcomed to the hotel by them.

Cons:

The bolts holding the legs onto the desk desk were so loose or missing that it felt the desk was going to fall over. If they wiped the table when cleaning the room, there is no way the cleaning staff could miss how wobbly and insecure it was. I would expect the cleaning staff to report this problem so that it was not an issue for the next customer (like us). One leg bolt was actually laying on the carpet, which could not be missed if the area was vacuumed. It was an easy fix that took just 5 minutes with the right tool.
The hotel has 2 elevators. One has been out of service, apparently for some time, as it was not working just a week prior.
