The privacy
Everything
Helpful staff and great room with sleeper sofa and sitting area.
The pool and hot tub were closed.
Reliable staffing for check in
Leaking shower faucet and toilet that require multiple flushes to empty the bowl no matter how long handle was held down.
The staff was extremely friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good except for the mystery gravy.
I’m not sure if $326 is a fair market price for one night in a two bedroom suite for a depressed area. Felt like the hotel was price gouging because of the football game that was in town.
Requested ground floor when I booked online, they put me on 3rd floor. Didn’t even acknowledge my request. Not a great start.
not good at all
1 thing the people that work there are rude and notattentive,One thing that really upset us was the pool and hot tub did not work. that is false advertisem, i was told its not there responsibility to tell the customer. the manger said i could go across the street to the other motel to use that one.
breakfast was good room was out dated
the room needed alot of work
I wish I was notified of pool/hot tub being closed for maintenence.
Shower corners have a little mold growing.
Towels had a unpleasant smell.
The drawers to the dresser would not stay closed and I busted my leg on the open drawer several times.
Tv remote was a little weird, I would press the channel up button and it would bounce back and forth between channels. I just turned it off and streamed on my phone for a bit before bed.
I've stayed here several times, as I dont really trust other hotels in this area. The Hampton Hotel is overall clean and staff are always nice, I just think this specific room may be a bad experience.
The day staff was great.
Our shower was gross. I had to buy Clorox and a small scrub brush. I took before and after pictures and showed person at the front desk and he was surprised. He did refund me a day. They are renovating so there are some issues associated with renovation.
Very comfortable, head staff Noah helped us solve a problem when we discovered that Danville, Illinois was where our reservation had been made by mistake and changed it to Danville, Kentucky. Found us the perfect solution.
Felt like a property about to be closed...
The bedding smelled like BO .
The bathroom was dirty
There is no close dining
