Everyone was really nice
Nothing
The staff and breakfast were great!
Beds were a little hard and the pool was closed. Staff did not let me know pool was closed prior to my booking the room which really upset me.
This hotel stay was awful. The staff was very kind, but the hotel itself was a mess. Our room was so disgusting you did not want to take your shoes off. The furniture was so filthy you could not sit on the chair or couch. It is under construction, but with materials and a mess on the floors in the entrance and hallways. Just gross and outdated. Not a fair price.
Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice staff.
Breakfast area and pool were under construction.
It was a Hampton.
The pool and hot tub were closed. The staff didn't come to the front desk for 25 minutes after I was there.
The privacy
Everything
Helpful staff and great room with sleeper sofa and sitting area.
The pool and hot tub were closed.
Reliable staffing for check in
Leaking shower faucet and toilet that require multiple flushes to empty the bowl no matter how long handle was held down.
The staff was extremely friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good except for the mystery gravy.
I’m not sure if $326 is a fair market price for one night in a two bedroom suite for a depressed area. Felt like the hotel was price gouging because of the football game that was in town.
Requested ground floor when I booked online, they put me on 3rd floor. Didn’t even acknowledge my request. Not a great start.
not good at all
1 thing the people that work there are rude and notattentive,One thing that really upset us was the pool and hot tub did not work. that is false advertisem, i was told its not there responsibility to tell the customer. the manger said i could go across the street to the other motel to use that one.
