Ugly place with a bad stench

The property is stale and disgusting. The reception charges you extra than what is described on any booking portal. Whatever the charge they say is on the day you check in is the price. None of the services are good. The room is filthy and smelly. The taps leak.

Cons:

Room not clean, bathroom no tap and very dirty. Curtains are dirty. The fridge has not been used in months. All the rooms are very dirty.

Broken hotel with a good location
Pros:

The location next to the beach

Cons:

The hotel room was not clean
There was stench of urine in the bathroom
The bathroom was broken and leaking
The AC was not working properly
The room looked and was damaged
The bedsheet had yellow stains which smelly quilt, the pillows were equally bad
The extra mattress provided was terrible.

Late check in acceptance & communication of staffs

Cons:

I paid for seaview room but I have not received that, facilities inside room are clean but broken. Location wise satisfied but expected even best room for that price. I paid 2800 per night & still i received the room with semifinished warm welcome setup & decoration.
