It was a great stay will stay at the Comfort Inn again when I am back in Hobbs for work.
Pros:

I checked into the hotel on April 29, 2026, and the staff was wonderful from the beginning of my stay. During my visit, I found out that I would need to extend my stay until May 8, 2026. I requested a room with a kitchen, and your staff was more than accommodating in making that happen for me.



I simply wanted to take the time to thank your staff for their excellent customer service. They were amazing, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

The only issue I experienced was a gentleman yelling around 2:00 a.m., but I understand that was outside of the hotel’s control.

Felt scammed
Pros:

I called 3/4 times trying to figure out all details for the room and all but one of the employees was very nice over the phone

Cons:

That they canceled my booking charged me for the booking then said they had nothing in their system with my name and THEN. they said they didn’t have rooms anyway but the said it all was over a local deposit I had a issue paying which was absolutely not the case

Pros:

I liked how clean the facility was. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and always smiling.

Cons:

The washer machine on the first floor was not working. I was reimbursed for the amount of $1.50.

Asked for handicapped accessible room didn't get so therefore I couldn't take a shower because I can't stand breakfast was terrible not to mention my bed had a long piece of blond hair on it luckily it was just for one day last but not least if you wanted washcloths had to go to front desk to get them I will never ever stay at this place again.
