The personnel/staff are really friendly and ready to help. Check-in and check-out took place quickly.

Cons:

The building is old and not fully clean or well-maintained. The rooms are small, with small bathrooms. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything happening outside throughout the night. The canteen is uncomfortable, with poor hygiene standards, and the breakfast is of low quality—you can clearly tell that the cheapest ingredients are used (the eggs were rubbery).

Daleko od centrum Madrytu - konieczność przesiadek a przy okazji trafiliśmy na remont linii metra i przesiadek zrobiło się sporo więcej

El desayuno incluido está muy bien. El personal super amable

Cons:

La ubicación es buena si dispones de coche. Si no, un poco lejos del centro. No recomendable si te desplazas a Madrid en transporte público.
Pero si llevas coche, perfecto.
