Dirty rooms
Pros:

The rooms were dirty. Blood spots on the floor. The sofa was so stained and dirty that you couldn't sit on it. Dirty wash cloth left in my bathroom. The cable TV was out for days so no TV. I usually like Holiday Inns but I was very disappointed in this one.

Gross, dirty, do NOT book
Pros:

Do not book here. This place is a pig with makeup on it. I was given 4 different rooms, before I decided not to stay. I won’t say much. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves but house keeping needs to be fired! Front desk lady Megan was nice and helpful. But the 3/4 rooms I was switched to was dirty. The 1 other one smelled like cigarette smoke and I left immediately and didn’t inspect the cleanliness of the cigarette room. Avoid until they get better house keeping ! Will be calling corporate. Found hair and food/crumbs in 3 out of the 4 beds ! Look at the pictures, they’re from the 3 out of the 4 rooms that I was switched to!

Great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Ronnie was amazing and as was the entire staff. From the person making breakfast (he makes best biscuits in the IEG company) to Megan at checkin. She was bubbly and a joy to see every morning.

Cons:

Rooms could use an update. No rooms with showers that include sliding doors. My fiancé can’t do tubs so we had to move to handicap and after a shower there was water everywhere as the shower curtain didn’t hold in the water.
