Cons:

les protège-matelas ( surmatelas) qui bouchonnaient ( plis et sur épaisseur à des endroits différents - impossible a enlever- photos transmises au Desk de l'hôtel mais rien n'a changé ..... dommage. ( Chez IKEA les surmatelas ne font pas des surépaisseurs en forme de vagues - un conseil allez en acheter là-bas !!! )

Cons:

Non ci sono set di cortesia nel bagno, nonostante sia un 4 stelle. Il wc separato dal bagno senza lavandino, anti igienico! La posizione per quanto sia comoda , ma bisogna stare attenti alle strade, basta un isolato piu' avanti e c'e' degrado e prostituzione. Il personale gentile e professionale ma poco propositivo.

Absolutely nothing. The air conditioner was not working. They gave a fan which was badly enough. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The room phones did not work. They were very rude. We had requested for something for the children. It was my son‘s birthday. That was absolutely no letter given. Nothing special was done not that that was a must but just to give wish a happy birthday at the time of check-in considering I already emailed them and they had said that they would be giving a note but nothing was done but apart from that very rude very ghetto location. AC is not working at all sofa beds in a very bad shape overall horrible experience.

Komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Frühstück: Raum ist kalt eingerichtet und nicht so gemütlich. Beim Buffet wurde ab 9.20 Uhr nicht mehr nachgelegt. Um kurz vor 10 Uhr wurde man aufgefordert um 10 Uhr zu gehen. Das Frühstück sollte bis 11 Uhr möglich sein. Gerade für Reisende die aus unterschiedlichen Zeitzonen anreisen oder für Personen, die sich gerne Zeit nehmen möchten.
Lage zur Geneva Watch Days perfekt, Auch für Stadt und Seebesuche.
Zimmer ist absolut in Ordnung.
