Great location, excellent value for money.
Pros:

Location close to train station and to shopping, waterfront and restaurants. Hotel standards expected of Novotel including front desk, breakfast buffet. Value for the money.

Cons:

The neighborhood is safe but appears sketchy when walking late at night.

Good location for travellers as the hotel is close to where the tourist buses depart and close to the main train station
Pros:

The location was close to the main train station and the lake.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is not in the best part of Geneva.. it is on the opposite side to the old town and main shopping area. I didn’t feel safe walking the streets around this property at night.

Un petit déjeuner qui fait plaisir apres une nuit agitée
Pros:

La salle de bain grande et pourvue d une baignoire
Le petit déjeuner incroyable de choix et d éléments rares comme la machine à pancakes et le bon miel
Salle de sport ouverte non stop
Climatisation tres efficace

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation des bruits de la rue
La lumière de l extérieur qui passe à travers les rideaux
Un cheveu dans l entrée et le plat du dîner

Extremely hot room, No Room Services choices, Un-Clean Balconies.
Pros:

There are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel to choose from.

Cons:

The Room's Air Conditioner does cool the room at all, I kept waking up every night because of the heat, never had a good night sleep.
The Room service is extremely limited, there is only 4 items available 24/7, and none of them is what I wanted, The breakfast sometime comes exposed without cover, the hot chocolate comes cold, you don't get your room service food on a trolly table, and you only have 1 table in the room, it was not good.
The Balcony had spider webs all over the place, it was barely clean.
I have complained about the AC several times, but, it is no use, since I only used the room when I am back at night, and too tired, and had to suffer the heat.
I get much better hotel room for the same price in similar Novotel hotel anywhere else.
