Pros:

Super fint hotel, var især positivt overrasket over at man ikke kunne høre togene. God størrelse til familien. Fantastisk service i baren .

Cons:

Lidt træls at der ikke var parkering lige ved hotellet.

La chambre familiale est un gros côté positif

Cons:

*La propreté
*Pas de savon pour les mains
*L’ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas (très contraignant surtout avec une poussette)
*Les murs de toilette en chambre étaient sales
*Les miroirs de la chambre avaient des traces
*Une vue sur le Rhône avait été demandée, en vain

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble malgré 2-3 choses à améliorer
Pros:

Hôtel magnifique. Bel emplacement. Le personnel est très aimable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié.

Cons:

Quelques rafraîchissement sont à prévoir sur les murs. La salle de bain manque un peu de produits d’hygiène pour un 4 étoiles. Une des machines à café ne fonctionnait pas et l’autre n’était pas top.

Cons:

- Pas de parking dans l’hôtel, pas informé antérieurement, 30 euros la journée au parking Lyon perrache
- location chambre prestige : bruit constant au dessus de nous impossible de dormir de 18h à 11h du matin le lendemain
- chambre “prestige” pour 3 personnes : petit lit d’enfant pour la troisième personne “adulte”
