Un hôtel hors du temps au coeur de Perrache.
Pros:

J'ai eu l'impression d'être dans un ancien grand hôtel comme à la Belle Epoque, construction de l'hôtel 1905.
Décors de fresques peintes par Henri Martin en parfait état, colonnes sculptées 1900, boiseries Majorelle en superbe état. C'est un miracle que tout cela aie traversé les temps dans ce bel état. Beaux volumes dans le hall et les couloirs des chambres.
Salle à manger du petit déjeuner superbe, avec du beau mobilier plus moderne. Petit-déjeuner buffet bien servi et copieux.
L'emplacement presque au coeur de la gare, bien pratique, ainsi que pour aller dans le centre à pied ou taxi ou tram ou métro.
Le bar est cosy et reposant.
Cet hôtel est un peu un ovni surgit des temps, invisible depuis la ville. Au rapport qualité prix excellent.

Cons:

Le mobilier du hall d'accueil est fort laid, style Ikea; pas du tout en lien avec l'histoire du lieu; pas assorti mon plus à la salle à manger. Il faudrait absolument l'évacuer et réinstaller un comptoir d'accueil digne de 1900.

La salle de bains est trop petite; la chambre bien, le lit excellent et grand. Ceci dit j'avais un tarif spécial; il doit y avoir de meilleures chambres plus grandes.
