O Hotel Pune

I booked one of the highest-priced suites in this hotel and the experience was extremely disappointing.

First, the in-room charges are absurd. Simple items like chocolates and energy drinks were priced at thousands of rupees. At checkout, I was also billed for multiple small items in the room. For a so-called premium stay, this feels deliberately exploitative.

Second, the swimming pool was not functional, yet this is still advertised as part of the hotel facilities. For a hotel charging this much, basic amenities should not be out of service.

The most uncomfortable part of the stay was the hotel’s overly intrusive and restrictive policies:

Bags are checked at the entrance

Alcohol brought from outside is confiscated

Outside food and groceries are not allowed

No visitors are permitted (business or personal)

None of these restrictions were clearly communicated before booking.

What made the experience worse was the constant monitoring and surveillance at the entrance and around the property. It creates an atmosphere where guests are treated with suspicion rather than respect. This is completely unacceptable for a luxury-priced hotel.

I paid for the most expensive room category expecting privacy, comfort and professionalism. Instead, I received rigid controls, surprise charges and a very uncomfortable environment.

This was my first time at O hotel, the staff is supremely warm and helpful, Prathamesh is an absolute star, so polite and so good at his job

We had a very good stay at O Hotel - Pune. Atmosphere, Ambience, Room service, reception area all at par. Best part is Bathtub in the room. Don't miss their rooftop restaurant with Pool. Food is really good with limited options. But they should add atleast 1 Maharashtrian dish in their breakfast menu. That's the only suggestion. Thank you once again and special thanks to Tine at Prathamesh at reception area. Very professional, gentle and soft spoken.

Amazing spacious rooms. Good and prompt service. The bathtub was amazing if they would provide some bathtub salts or bubble bath it would have even been a better experience. The pool on the rooftop is relaxing and got a very chill vibe

I had a very comfortable stay, and everything around me felt peaceful and nice. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The staff was very kind and always ready to help with a smile. Whenever we needed anything, the service was very quick and polite. The food was tasty, and everything was served on time. The place felt safe, warm, and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I enjoyed every moment of my stay. I would love to visit again because the comfortable rooms and fast services made the whole experience special and memorable.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff (including Prathamesh) and comfortable beds. Rooftop pool and bar a highlight. Would recommend.

The hotel is clean' room was great staff is avilable smilii and willing.
The gym is small and without fresh air to the extent we didnt use it.
Internet conductivity in public areas is poor ( breakfast' rooftop)

actully the. ambunes was very. good. we loved the resort very. much we came with. frinds and familys and in. resptionn there was. girl. name bushra she was. very nice to us and good looking to.and. hepled us a lot. thank you.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely atmosphere. Nice, large rooms with panorama windows and big, comfortable beds; slightly eccentric with a bath tub in the room separated by a curtain but also a fantastic shower with endless hot water. Very good breakfast buffet spread, hot and cold, and with chefs also making eggs any way you like and waffles. Great swimming pool on the roof with bar and comfortable places to lounge. Excellent location with good local shops 2 minutes walk away and some excellent restaurants 5-10 minutes walk; and 30 minutes by car from the city centre and Camp. The Japanese restaurant on the roof was disappointing and expensive for both good and drink.
