I always ask to see the room before I check in and the room looked clean but see my other comments.

Cons:

I walked in and it was very quiet but I noticed the pool was closed. I didn’t like that. I also did not like the FACT that the young guy who was working carried a feces stench on his body. It carried through the whole hotel as he walked. I’m sure this is not the first complaint for his odor. I could not stomach it. I was very nauseous from it. I did not like that. I also did not like that the hand sanitizer for everyone to use had dried nasal mucus on it. Which is disgusting and that along with the front desk guys smell & the free breakfast thought made me disgusted. I did not like that.

We have stayed in Rockford at other locations and they’ve been alright, the staff and breakfast is what will make us ret
Pros:

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps all were Dove and smelled awesome, breakfast had lots of options and the site has a coffee machine that makes espresso’s cappuccino’s and other fancier coffees. Hotel staff was amazing, from check-in breakfast to check out. There were several people around whenever there was a need and didn’t have to wait for anything.

Cons:

Pool was closed for maintenance, we weren’t going to use it anyway, other than that, can’t find anything to complain about.
