The location and staff were excellent. The cleanliness would have been great if it weren’t for the bathroom
Pros:

Very accessible from the interstate and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room and bed were clean.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room could have been cleaner. There was soap scum around the body wash and shampoo dispensers and hair in the tub and around the toilet.

It a decent hotel for the money when we come to Louisville.
Pros:

Convenient location to family, and breakfast is usually decent.

Cons:

Because we didn’t during the day until 11 or 12 our room never got cleaned. The air conditioning was very loud when it went on and off. The toilet self flushed randomly. We assumed it had to do with adjacent room flushing.
