It a decent hotel for the money when we come to Louisville.
Pros:

Convenient location to family, and breakfast is usually decent.

Cons:

Because we didn’t during the day until 11 or 12 our room never got cleaned. The air conditioning was very loud when it went on and off. The toilet self flushed randomly. We assumed it had to do with adjacent room flushing.

Clean comfortable with a friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was super helpful and extremely kind! We love the coffee machine machines in the lobby! The breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the pool and the spa hot tub. The highlight was the comfortable beds!

Excellent stay and will definitely return.
Pros:

The location was right off the highway that I needed to take to Lexington. The daily breakfast options were outstanding and I picked up a good cup of coffee on the way out! Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Free breakfast was good. Good location with easy access to highway.

Cons:

Overall cleanliness of the room could have been better. Everything looks pretty good but once you are in it you can tell it needs attention. Mostly the bathroom I would say. Cracks and not great paint work.

stayed here for a basketball tournament arrive at 9:40PM and let by 8:00 the next morning

the location, cleanliness of room,

Cons:

So at 8:00am the lady working the breakfast shut down pancake machine- Breakfast was not over until 10am {So I had to go out and buy breakfast due to this. {The pancake machine was not tore up, she just refused to put a new bag of the pancake mix in machine.}

The pool closed at 10 pm and our basketball team was looking forward to swimming.
