Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Louisville East by IHG

My wife and I stayed here during the holidays, and the experience was better than expected. The hotel felt calm and well run, the room was comfortable, and everything we needed was easily accessible. It was a convenient and reliable place to stay with family, which made the trip feel a lot less hectic.

Mary Lisa was the highlight of our visit. She was warm, proactive, and incredibly accommodating, stepping in right away whenever we needed assistance. Her genuine care and professionalism stood out and left a lasting impression on us. It is rare to come across someone who makes a stay feel this easy and personal, and because of her, we would not hesitate to return.

I always choose to stay at IHG properties because they are the best. This Holiday Inn is the perfect example of that. The front desk is super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is always stocked and hot. Can’t say enough good things about this property. My go to stay in Louisville!

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express with our family and had a very comfortable, pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and easy for a family stay. Breakfast was convenient and well organized, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit.

What really made our stay stand out was the exceptional customer service, especially from Angie, the General Manager. She went out of her way to help us and was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. You can tell she truly cares about the guests, and her support made our stay much smoother and more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable stay, quiet and convenient to find. Easy check in and front desk staff was very helpful. Enjoyed a delicious coffee and cinnamon roll for breakfast. They had other hot items as well.

Everyone was so nice and it was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in.

Not what wr expected. The pictures looked really nice but once we got there you can tell that do not take care of the hotel. Stains on the couch in the main lobby. Our room was a suite but was anything but a place that you felt that you wanted to be. Felt worse than a motel 6. The shower head was falling apart. The bed looked acceptable but the room itself felt very depressing. Especially for the price I would expect more. The front desk clerk did try to help so i will give him credit there but the place was a dump in comparison to any other holiday inn I have stayed in.

There are restaurants close by and two are walkable from hotel. Clean.
