Pros:

Loved everything about it. Friendly staff, excellent service. Heavenly room, beautiful bathroom. Exceptional buffet breakfast. Family Mart on site. Convenient location, great stores nearby.

Location and when we went it was snowing so having food options in the hotel including Family Mart was a plus.

A night of rest well needed.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast , they gave me an early check in. I was tired, I really appreciated that. Room service was reasonable. There was some confusion. They fixed it up, no charge.
Booked me on a free airport shuttle bus.
It is a very nice comfortable hotel. Came away refreshed, feeling good.

Cons:

The room service menu was out of date, but they fixed up the confusion without charge.
