Convenient to airport at the right times.
Pros:

We just stayed one night and that was for a morning flight. The breakfast buffet was good, the staff was helpful. Room was clean.

Cons:

The airport shuttle has limited hours (every hour in the morning except 10 am, the time we would have taken). The hotel decor was a little dated.

Very nice end to our trip in Hokkaido.
Pros:

Room was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Free shuttle to the airport is a nice benefit. We at curry soup dinner across the street. Also very good.

This is a very good hotel, rooms are of a high standard and the restaurants are excellent.

Cons:

It is a functional location which we use prior to departure from Chitose airport.
