Good overall, bang for the buck.
Pros:

Nice property, close to station walkable connected to Sapporo station by subway too needs a bit of familiarization before you can start using the subway.

Cons:

A bit old fashioned, the rooms could be larger. The bathrooms need a bit of a facelift.

Great location, would stay there again
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, very close to the station and convenience stores. Both the buffet breakfast and the traditional Japanese breakfast were excellent. We really loved the Neighbour cafe on the ground floor which offered sweet potato lattes and craft beer tastings.

Pros:

部屋がキレイ
壁側がほぼ窓で凄く良い
ベッドの棚が丁度いい幅だったので、色々置けて良い
タオルが３種類あって使い勝手が良い
なんといっても朝食が豪華！！
食べきれない種類とオムレツをその場で調理してくれるのも嬉しかった
お得感が半端ないですね
また利用したい

良かったけど値段高すぎました。
Pros:

JR札幌に近く、となりに地下鉄駅があるのでどこに行くにも便利でした。夜遅くに帰ってきても朝そのままバス移動してもコンビニ（他のコンビニを比べるとちょっと高いかな）がビル内にあるので問題ありませんでした。

Cons:

スタッフの接客の他、すべてにおいて高い水準とは思いますが、コンサートで高騰したお値段、しかも食事なし素泊まりおよび予約時の即日払いでしたので、それに見合うかと言われれば否と言うしかありません。

最高😀
Pros:

嵐のラストライブで宿泊させてもらったんですが、嵐にちなんで五色のお花が飾られてたり、嵐、そして嵐ファンを暖かく受け入れてもらってるみたいで嬉しかったです。

Cons:

お土産を買いたかったんですが、早くに閉まってて買えなかったこと、残念でした😢
