出張の宿としては価格も手頃でした

札幌駅から近く、行動に便利
スタッフの対応が素晴らしい

Pros:

Booked this place because of the gym and location. Big and nice lobby. Settle luggages at check in ourselves. There is a mini mart, pastry shop, cafe and other restaurants. Smoking room and fitness room are at L1. Very short walk to Sapporo Stn exit 21 (convenient to get to Odori or Susukino station from here). We usually walk outside to reach Daimaru, Stellar Place and JR station. There is direct JR to Chitose Airport (about 40 min). Room are compact for 3. Staff are generally friendly. WiFi was super fast and stable. Strong shower head. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Not much room for opened luggage as we have one extra bed and so we try to keep them closed when not retrieving things. Toiletries provided -- only tooth brush and paste.

Cons:

朝食時のサービスが同一では無く、お絞りが直ぐ出てるお客様と全く出されて居ない客が多々あり、そのお客様が口にしてから慌てて差し出し、お詫びもなかった。ご飯が無くてでも、補充されず、やっとお客様に催促されて補充している有様だった。その間諦めてたお客様もいた。

良いホテルだけど…
Pros:

高層階へのグレードアップ(同じ広さ、35平米)して頂き、改装後のようで綺麗で、カプセルコーヒーマシンが有った。

Cons:

夕食をルームサービスで注文したが、フロントで聞いたら「簡易テーブルをお持ちします」と言われたので、安心して注文したのですが、持ってきた2人に聞いたら「それは知らない」と。
結局、1人は丸テーブルで、1名はデスクで、1名はトランク置き＋トレイを載せて食べる……間抜けな光景でした。
社員同志で打ち合わせしないのでしょうかね。
他ホテルでルームサービスした時に、こんな事無かったのでビックリです。

良くも悪くも期待（予想）通り
Pros:

フロントの対応がしっかりていて、毎日の部屋の掃除も行き届いていた。この辺りは一流ホテルの矜持を感じる。

Cons:

残念ながら設備が古くなっているのが否めない。

Pros:

喜歡飯店1樓就有一間小型超商，免走到室外；寒冷氣溫的札幌，是一個優秀的選擇。 飯店門口出去1分鐘就可以抵達地下街入口，通往旅遊所需的大眾運輸搭乘地點都是很方便的優勢。

Cons:

沒有自助洗衣設施，需要洗衣服時候就只付費能請飯店代為送洗，價格就高。
