On arrival, we were upgraded (for $80AUD which was nothing for what we got in return) to rooms on the the 20th floor which not only had the park views we requested but also gave us access to the 22F lounge which was outstanding. We enjoyed pre-dinner drinks and delicious snacks and breakfast the next morning, all included in the most beautiful location with the most glorious views.
The staff were very friendly, we were able to access our rooms hours before official check-in an they stored our bags the next day - this really helped make the most of our short time (sadly, we wish we'd planned an extra night) in Hiroshima.
The rooms were beautiful, exceptionally outfitted and clean, the hotel has just been/is going through a full renovation so the modern rooms compared to their website were completely unexpected. The rooms are huge by Japanese hotel standards and aligned with other Crowne Plaza's worldwide.
It was just a beautiful hotel and a wonderful sanctuary from the incredible heat, it even has a Family Mart in the foyer!
While not located in walking distance from the main train station, a taxi was only $12AUD - so cheap - and we also made use of the tram which travels to/from the station and stops really close to the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Peace Dome and Museum, <10 minute walk.
If you are going to Miyajima Island, use the train to the JR West Ferry, it is about an hours worth of travel to get to the ferry (then a 10 minute ferry ride, you can use your IC card) but must better than relying on the ferry that leaves from near the hotel as this is completely dependent on tides and risky to assume you will be able to leave/depart from here.

Clean and central to the Peace Park with excellent staff.
For a queen sized room it was tiny with the bed against the wall on one side. Tired decor and bathroom.

Good central location
Room way too small for a double. One side of bed against window. No space for luggage.
First room we were offered smelled. Had to pay extra to move and the second room not much better but told it was only one available. I was going to move us on second night but would have interrupted our short stay. Would not stay here again or recommend. Stayed in 3 Crowne Plaza on this trip and this was worst.

Very spacious and clean, really good quality hotel. Location was great for the street cars or walking to the museum and it or along the shops.
Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et la literie très confortable! L'hotel est bien situé dans le centre d'Hiroshima avec accès au tram à coté pour aller a la gare. Le service à l'accueil était très agréable L'accès gratuit à la salle de sport Anytime Fitness est un vrai plus.
Hôtel très bien placé avec une chambre confortable et un bon lit double. Un personnel à l'écoute du client, mais rien d'exceptionnel pour ce genre d'hôtel.
La chambre était un peu petite avec peu de moyens de rangement. La salle de bain était équipée d'une baignoire. La vue de la fenêtre du 2ème étage n'était pas top.
Good size room, great location, all you'd expect from a corporate hotel. Close to Peace Memorial Park and good transport links
Furniture is looking at little tired and in house drinking and dining is expensive compared to others
