L’omelette du petit-déjeuner. L’emplacement pratique pour le quartier de shopping et de cœur de ville.

Cons:

L’hôtel et les chambres sont un peu datés et le style de l’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur de ce qu’il veut donner. Notre étage et notre chambre sentaient le tabac tous les jours. Les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas et le mobilier, la moquette et les rideaux semblaient assez vieux. Le buffet du dîner ferme à 20h30 ce qui n’est pas pratique si l’on veut dîner à l’hôtel. Pas de geste commercial malgré le fait d’avoir signalé les dysfonctionnements de la chambre.

Staff Make It
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic staff - check-in, lobby staff, etc. They all were extremely professional yet not over the top and were kind. The hotel was very clean and nice location.

Pros:

Location was good close to trams that took you to and from the station. Walking distance to Peace museum and shopping center’s.

OK for a budget hotel
Pros:

This was the cheapest hotel we stayed in during our tour of Japan and although not perfect it was fine for the price paid.

We stayed for 2 night in a standard double room and after reading other reviews we lucked out with the size! It was clean (apart from dust under the bed) and spacious though the bed base was stained and the bathroom was dated but still clean. We had lovely views from the high floor and the location was great, a few minutes walk to Peace Park & Memorial Centre and the high speed ferry to Miyajima. There are several restaurants nearby and a convenience store round the corner. We arrived about Midday by train and took the bus from the station (there are 2 that run in a clockwise and anticlockwise loop, 101 and 102) and drops you right outside the hotel entrance.

Breakfast was very busy both days and one morning we had to queue for a while and they were slow in refilling the buffet trays so had a wait even once seated but the quality and variety were fine for the price paid, as was the hotel overall.
