Pros:

Great location. Upgraded to lounge access which had nice food and drinks. Bed comfortable

Cons:

Gym poorly equipped and 1 of treadmills not working. Limited club lounge hours, needs to be open later.

Fantastic hotel in great location!
Pros:

Very friendly staff. The club level lounge was fantastic! Beautiful breakfast with a great view of the city. Would recommend this hotel

Great value for location.
Pros:

Location and staff were excellent. Very clean. A/C worked great. Fridge in the room and coffee maker with coffee provided was awesome.

Cons:

We were provided a corner room which was little more than a hallway with a bed in it. I know rooms are small in Japan but this took the cake.

剛進房就聞到煙味，應該是從空調傳來的，打開空調幾小時後就比較好
木製的冰箱櫥櫃門打開後關起來會不合 ，這種小事應該是可處理的

Very good, if you don't get a (ex)cigarette floor
Pros:

Good facilities, great staff, excellent location to anything closeby.

Cons:

We first got a room on the 18th floor after an upgrade was offered. However, the whole 18th floor smelled like cigarettes although they claimed a non-smoking policy. The room also smelled like cigarettes. I complained and immediately got a new room on the 15th which was very well handled by the staff. The floor smelled much better, and the room as well. ANA Crowne really needs to deep clean the 18th floor.

Pros:

Location is everything! Walk out the door and across the road and you're at the Peace Park. Around the corner 5 minutes is the main shopping and dining precinct. Club Lounge is excellent especially if you love afternoon tea. The main restaurant was very very busy at breakfast with quite a wait so eating in the Club Lounge was so much better. Mr Fukuda the Assistant Manager will look after you very well.

Cons:

Like everywhere, the rooms are quite small and the bathroom cramped. Having said that, it was fine and we'd stay here again!
