Wish we had booked into another hotel.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The room was very tired, edges of the carpet were dusty, pillows awful and room smelt old and Smokey. Nowhere to put suitcases as room was so small. The carpet in the hallways were thread bear. Would not recommend this hotel.

The checkin process took so long, cannot understand it when everything is booked on line.

Pros:

Idéalement situé ! C'est impeccable ! A 30mn à pied de la gare également ce qui fait une jolie promenade.

Cons:

L'odeur de tabac froid. J'avais demandé une chambre non fumeur. J'ai donc mal dormi.

Super emplacement, mérite quelques rafraîchissement des chambres et salles de bain
Pros:

Super emplacement, proche du musée et du sanctuaire de la paix. Buffet de petit déjeuner international ou asiatique au choix (le petit déjeuner international était très bien). Magnifique vue depuis le lounge au 22eme étage. Propre.

Cons:

Chambre double vraiment exiguë. Salle de bain vieillotte.

Very efficient friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent human being personnel service. All staff were excellent, the staff were so active and efficient. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

A very convenient , friendly and efficient place to stay , with good in house dining options
Pros:

The location , the staff , the chinese restaurant , also the room i booked gave access to the ANA club on the 22 floor for free breakfast, snacks and drinks in the evening , which was lovely .

Cons:

Can be very busy at times in the lobby .

Disappointing and quality of hotel room was very poor.
Pros:

Proximity to Peace Park and Pier to Miyajima.

Cons:

The room was run down, not very clean and the shower curtain smelled sour and should’ve been laundered or replaced as the bathroom smelled especially when shower curtain was wet. The beds were like sleeping on boards- the worst bed comfort during our current stay of over 2 weeks and 4 other hotels so far.
