入室後2時間は最悪でした。

Cons:

3月だからだと思いますが、部屋に入った時点で蒸し風呂状態、暖房を切っても部屋の室温はなかなか下がらず、窓も固定で開かないため、最悪でした。エアコンも暖房運転中としか出ず設定15℃にしても出てくる風は暖かく快適には程遠い状態でした。

Pros:

子連れで宿泊しました。道路を挟んで反対側にバスセンター屋上広場があり、子供が喜んで遊んでいました。夜は子供も一緒にホテルの中華レストランで食べました。美味しかったです。店員さんもとても親切でした。近くに伊勢丹があります。コンビニ、ドラッグストア、ユニクロなどもすぐ近くです。ホテルの建物の中にフードコート、100均もあり、とても便利です。

Cons:

部屋の中にいると、話しながら廊下を歩く人の声が聞こえました。静かな部屋を希望の場合は、エレベーターから遠くの部屋にすると良いと思いました。

オススメです。
Pros:

激安でしたが、万単位でも納得できるぐらいの立派なホテルでした。
居心地が良くて、晩御飯は外食せず部屋でのんびり食べました。
目の前が商業施設で買い物も便利、コンビニや飲食店も多数。
質問があってフロントに内線した際、名前を呼んでいただいて。はじめての経験でした。

コスパ良いです？
Pros:

伊勢丹やロフトが隣で、バス停も近かったのでとても便利でした。
施設自体は古いですが室内の設備の使用に困る点も特になく、朝食も美味しかったのでまた新潟に行く際は利用したいです！
